Prediction Of Innovative Products Of Litchi Processing Based On TRIZ Theory

As a special fruit of Lingnan,Litchi has high nutritional value and unique taste.It is known as the title of Lingnan Guowang.China is the largest producer of litchi in the world.Therefore,the development of the litchi industry has exerted a great influence on China's agricultural development.However,because the litchi picking of picking period is short,it is difficult to preserve.This hiders the development of the litchi industry to some extent.Therefore,litchi processing becomes more important.At present,lychees,canned lychees and litchi wines mainly are produced.China's lychee processing technology is lagging behind,so it is particularly important to innovate litchi processing technology.As an innovative method,TRIZ has significant advantages in the prediction of technology direction.At present,there are few researches on the application of TRIZ phylogenetic tree in China,especially in the application of agriculture.This article will apply TRIZ's evolutionary tree to provide innovations in processing products and predicting lychee processing innovations.This article relied on the Guangdong Provincial Provincial Science and Technology Plan Project “Development and Application Platform for Innovation Methods in the Agricultural Sector of Guangdong Province” to sort out the evolutionary routes in theory and to conduct the evolutionary course of BL Violet,Altshuller and others,Combating and introducing Nicholas' evolutionary tree theory.online inquiry,field research,visiting to litchi processing company bases are used in product research.the litchi processing solutions are untangled.the product research provides original plans for the completion of litchi processing products.This article through the study of processed products of litchi products,using TRIZ evolutionary route,combing the evolution direction of litchi processing products,and under the guidance of each evolutionary route,predicting litchi processing solutions.Through the analysis of evolutionary routes and the analysis of the application of litchi processing products in various evolutionary routes,this paper finally uses the material segmentation evolution route as the trunk of the lychee processing product phylogenetic tree,applying the single-double-evolutionary route,the tailored evolutionary route,the expansion-cutting.The evolutionary route and dynamic evolutionary route serve as the branches of the evolutionary tree of litchi processing products.Finally,the basic evolutionary tree and the specific evolutionary tree of the litchi processing products were constructed.In this paper,through the comparison of the basic evolutionary tree of lychee processing products with the specific evolutionary tree,21 predictions are made for the litchi processing products,which provides direction for the innovation of litchi processing products,and at the same time provide new directions for the development of litchi processing technology.direction.It is conducive to the development of litchi processing companies to promote the development of litchi industry.
