My country is one of the 13 countries with the poorest water resources per capita in the world.With the rapid advancement of urbanization and the steady development of social economy,the demand for urban water,especially household sanitary water,has increased significantly in my country,and water conservation has become a long-term arduous task for millions of families.In order to improve the utilization rate of household sanitary water and give full play to the reuse value of the reusable domestic sewage,the main research content is the water-saving design of household sanitary products,and the TRIZ theory is introduced into the design and research of water-saving sanitary products.TRIZ’s process model for solving product design problems.Firstly,through user interviews,questionnaire surveys,and market research,the specific problems of sanitary products in terms of water consumption and water saving at this stage are determined;secondly,they are divided into invention problems and conventional problems according to the known situation of the problem solving steps.Conventional problems are designed and solved by general design methods,while invention problems are designed and solved by methods and tools provided by TRIZ theory;finally,all recommended solutions are integrated to determine the final solution,and the relevant principles of product design are applied to the final solution The plan was optimized,and a systematic water-saving sanitary product was designed to connect the shower area,wash area,and defecation area of the family bathroom.Under the guidance of the TRIZ theory,this research carried out the systematic design of household water-saving sanitary products,breaking the technical water-saving research of traditional sanitary products,and entering to improve the utilization rate of water resources,that is,"waste water reuse" as the goal.Research on water conservation at the system level.In addition,this research broadens the research field of TRIZ theory,provides a basis for TRIZ theory to guide product design,and provides inspiration for the future development direction of water-saving sanitary products.
