After 10 years of booming development for custom furniture industry,technology and equipment is already informatization and automation,different orders are mixed in one batch with batch production,it had been greatly improved the production efficiency,precision and quality,but still faces a common technical problem,namely intelligent sorting after product with batch production.The current production technology of sorting still needs a lot of labor to sort product,and their subjective initiative into full play in the process of sorting,in order to achieve production sorting requirements.Because the lower informatization and automation in sorting process,not enough of the flexible production,without automatic connection between lines,shipment in plant and higher cost,depend on workers sorting and high rate risk of error,serial storage occupied bigger space and so on.So how to implement the informatization and automation intelligent sorting and manufacture has become a problem to be solved urgently in many furniture manufactory enterprises.SK Kitchen as the rising star in the customized furniture industry domestic,it is use for the first-class information automated production equipment,the sorting system in the customized furniture industry is to be advanced and representative.By literature analysis and investigation representative company in domestic and Europe,to analysis the domestic product sorting packaging status in the furniture industry,and based on the research technical issues of the existing sorting packing line of SK Kitchen factory,sorting packaging process improvement scheme of Kitchen Cabinet is put forward.SK Kitchen factory packing workshop as the research object,through testing experiment to improve the feasibility of optimizing key point and result analysis,in order to achieve the intelligent sorting solution which is more informatization and automation,and in line with SK Kitchen carcase packing line.The specific conclusions are as follows:(1)Use robot and gantry to share the sorting work and cooperate with running solution,it can improve rate 30%-40% between serial and customized carcase with the flexible infomatization and automation orders,at the same time weakening the standard and non-standard cabinet rate changing and influencing of customer order between the packing line capacity and machine design capacity does not match;(2)By improving vertical informatization and automation serial storage system to replace the artificial operation front-rear system solution,to reduce land area of 1200 ? and 3 labor per shift;(3)Optimize the sequence of gantry taking PCS,add additional the feed driven conveyor,improve the efficiency of robot,reach the panel type changing times 50%;(4)Use the driven conveyor connection between process,realize the way of the component moving on line,package moving on line,without manual unloading on process or forklift turnover to sort.The components from sorting into package,the package from sorting into orders,one order packages in different palate assembling together,between support and support for all the online operation,directly go into the warehouse storage system,on the delivery;Changing traditional way of people playing the subjective initiative of work in the past,people become auxiliary machine role transformation now.
