Gold nanoparticles have special properties such as high catalytic activity,localized surface plasmon resonance absorption,surface Raman enhancement,free radical removal that are widely used in biocatalysis,medical detection,aerospace,industrial production and many other fields.Gold nano-film will present new properties which are different from the gold nanoparticles when after the gold nanoparticles are deposited,grown and purification.In this paper,gold nano-film were prepared by vertical deposition and characterized.The main contents and results are as follows:Firstly,the article drawn a conclusion that C6H5NaO7·2H2O reduction and C76H52O46 reduction could prepare uniform monodisperse gold nanoparticles by comparing the SEM topography of the gold nanosol prepared by C6H5NaO7·2H2O reduction method,NaBH4 reduction method,C76H52O46 reduction method with a particle size distribution in the range of 5 to 15 nm.The kinetics of localized surface plasmon resonance was studied by UV-Vis spectroscopy.It was found that the localized surface plasmon resonance absorption peak of gold particles shifted to blue with the decrease of particle size when the particle size of gold nanoparticles was between 14 and 50 nm,due to the effect of multipoles.The localized surface plasmon resonance absorption of gold particles would not change monotonically with particle size when nanoparticles were between 5 and 10 nm,due to the effect of the dipole.Secondly,it was found that the monodispersity of the concentrated gold nanoparticle sol solution was poor due to the multipoles interaction between the particles by TEM measurement,which was made by centrifugation,washing,and found the average distance of each crystal plane was 0.235 nm.The dried gold nanoparticles sol solution was ground and sintered to obtain a gold nanoparticles powder sample.The average distance between crystal planes of different gold nanoparticles was calculated to be 0.235 nm by XRD spectroscopy.XPS spectra was used to detect the unsintered and sintered nanopowders at 500 ? and found that the binding energy between the Au 4f doublets was constant at 3.69 ±0.01 eV and did not change with the particle size.Finally,gold nano-film were prepared by gravitational deposition,vertical deposition and gold spheronization methods.lt was found that vertical deposition methods could prepare relatively uniform gold nano-film by SEM,which of the average thickness was 0.480 ?m,0.505 ?m,0.160 ?m and 1.390 ?m,respectively.Comparing with the gold nanoparticles sol,the gold nano-film greatly improved the absorption performance that observed by UV-Vis.
