The development of ceramics is inseparable from the renovation of kilns,which are complementary to each other.The development of ceramics in jingdezhen in Ming dynasty.In addition to the continuous improvement of the ceramic process,The gourd kiln also plays an irreplaceable role.In history,any kind of kiln structure is not generated from nothing.The production of each kiln structure is the result of the wisdom and efforts of the working people.Therefore,To carry out research on the structure of gourd kiln.On the one hand,it promotes the research and development of ancient kilns.On the other hand,it can also help to understand the laws of ceramic development.This paper is based on the research of the Ming Dynasty gourd kilns in China.By measuring the structure size of gourd kiln,the highest sintering temperature in the kiln and the velocity of gas flow everywhere,the relevant parameters are determined.Based on the method of reasonable calculation and inference,The influence of the structure of gourd kiln on the temperature field and flow field in the kiln is studied by FLUENT numerical simulation software.On the basis of the study of the structure of the gourd kiln,A numerical simulation study on the structural evolution physical model of three kiln furnaces is carried out.From the perspective of scientific research and historical development,Verifying the scientificity and rationality of the structural evolution of gourd kilns.The following main conclusions can be drawn:1.The gourd kiln firing highest temperature can reach 1330 ?;2.For the model of 1# gourd kiln suitable for small production,there is less space in the kiln.and the firing system is easy to adjust.The fire is easy to fill the kiln.The firing temperature in the kiln is between 1520K~1600K.The maximum temperature difference between the top and bottom is 40 K.The maximum temperature difference between the front and the back is 60 K.The middle waist structure of the gourd kiln can not only ensure the stability of the temperature in the front chamber,but also promote the reasonable flow of the flame in the chamber of the back chamber,and make the temperature distribution more uniform in the kiln;3.The waist belt of calabash kiln is beneficial to the uniformity of temperature in1# model kiln.And it will cause the inhomogeneous of temperature in the 2# model kiln.The temperature of the kiln model of 2# gourd kiln is mainly between 1440 K and1580K..The maximum temperature difference between the top and bottom is 120 K.The maximum temperature difference between the front and the back is 140 K.2# model kilncan not meet the requirement of quality of kiln products.It also indicates that the kiln body of gourd kiln can not be too large.4.The disappearance of the structure of the waist of the gourd kiln,It transforms the kiln from the half flame kiln to the flat flame Jingdezhen kiln structure.It promoted the further development of gourd kiln.The temperature of the kiln model of 3# gourd kiln is mainly between 1500 K and 1580 K..The maximum temperature difference between the top and bottom is 100 K.The maximum temperature difference between the front and the back is 120 K.The flat flame flow in the model kiln is conducive to the production of certain temperature gradient changes in the kiln.which not only increases the variety of ceramics,but also increases the production.The building and maintenance of the kiln are also more convenient and simple.5.The structure evolution of gourd kiln is not only the crystallization of the wisdom of the working people,but also the contribution of the people of jingdezhen to the ceramic kiln of the world;...
