Provide a reference for the construction of the kiln structure and reduce energy consumption. selecting three different temperature parts to carry on the simulation and analysis,The distribution of the velocity and temperature field on different kiln top through the numerical simulation method and reduces the energy consumption for the construction reasonable kiln body structure to provide the reference. Obtains the following conclusion after the computation simulation:Firstly,Along the kiln, wide kiln, the kiln on the three dimensions, Through the Simulation of temperature field and flow field distribution,After analysis compared,Obtaining that the arch structure is better than the dome structure in the burning zone temperature range and temperature range of about700degrees, the dome structure is better than the arch structure in temperature range of about400degrees.Secondly,Dome structure increases the space of kiln, The flue gas emissivity is larger, an increase of radiation heat transfer efficiency, Also easily lead to gas stratification.Increase the difference in temperature in the high direction of the kiln,Consider should be selected to improve the thermal efficiency and reduce heat loss in the kiln top structure.Thirdly,when furnace structure design, For roller kiln gas flow and heat transfer characteristics of the kiln top structure,which can not only improve the efficiency of heat transfer,.You can also reduce heat loss, Temperature segment dominated by the radiation heat transfer, the arch structure superiority is quite obvious, the temperature distribution is quite stable and Uniform, Convective heat transfer-based low-temperature segment, the dome structure is easy to create the gas lamination, forms the high and low temperature difference, simultaneously carries off many quantity of heats, the heat loss is big.
