The Decline Of Porcelain Industry In Jingdezhen In The Late Qing Dynasty And Its Reasons

Jingdezhen porcelain industry began in the tang dynasty and five dynasties when land of jingde town in the south of the first fire white porcelain and its white porcelain of higher achievements laid the own position,the song dynasty is a period of rapid development of jingdezhen ceramics.In song jingde,changnan was renamed jingdezhen,and jingdezhen became the center of Chinese ceramics industry and became the world famous "porcelain capital".For nearly a thousand years,jingdezhen has been leading the development trend of ceramics industry in the world.But in the late qing dynasty,due to the decline of the whole nation,the ceramics industry,as a national symbol,gradually declined.This article mainly use interdisciplinary research method,using science and technology,economics and other multi-disciplinary theories,methods and results,as well as the number of research,descriptive research and literature research,through to the literature sorting,induction,shrinking from the attenuation of production,foreign trade,technology and art level by three main aspects summarizes the specific representation of jingdezhen porcelain industry decline during the period of the republic of China in late qing dynasty(1840-1949).The reasons for the decline of porcelain industry in jingdezhen in the late qing dynasty were discussed in terms of the turmoil of The Times,the exhaustion of local resources,the shrinking of the market,and the obstacles of jingdezhen porcelain industry association.On the basis of this research,some Suggestions are put forward for the development of ceramics industry in jingdezhen.Mainly includes the transformation of old ideas,innovation and revitalization policy;Standardize market order and expand market channels;Strengthen the talent project construction,activate human resources;Accelerate the technological progress and innovation,realize the new leap of ceramic industry and integrate ceramic culture resources,exert the advantage of jingdezhen.It is hoped that these constructive Suggestions will contribute to the revitalization and development of jingdezhen ceramic industry.
