In this paper,The ethanol water as extractant,optimize the Sarcotesta of Ginkgo biloba flavonoid glycosides,flavonoid aglycones,biflavones,and ginkgolic acids of four active components extraction process and extraction conditions,then compared with acetone extractant.The optimized extraction process used in extraction of ginkgo leaf and ginkgo active ingredients.The main work and research results are as follows:(1)In ethanol water as extraction agent,through the orthogonal experiment by the extraction seed coat of ginkgo,get the optimum extract conditions of the flavonoid glycosides,flavonoid aglycones,biflavones,ginkgolic acids: on the condition of ratio of solid and liquid 1:10~1:15,temperature 40? ~ 60?,time 30 ~ 40 min,extract 2 ~ 3 times with high speed shear wall broken extraction of Ginkgo biloba exocarp can save solvent and accelerate the extraction efficiency.The extraction conditions for ginkgolic acids,flavonoids,flavonoid aglycones effect as extraction time > extraction times > extraction temperature > extraction ratio of solid to liquid;the extraction conditions for flavonoid glycosides as extraction time > extraction times > extraction temperature > solid-liquid extraction ratio.(2)Multi phase extraction to Sarcotesta of Ginkgo biloba extract purification: multi phase extraction quality(g),water volume(mL),the optimal ratio of volume(mL)of petroleum ether is 1:5:10.(3)With 60% acetone as the extraction agent,different kinds of active components of Ginkgo biloba leaves in the spring and autumn period of two seasons were extracted from the leaves of Ginkgo biloba.The results showed that the main components of the extract of Ginkgo biloba leaves in spring were as follows: 24% flavonoid glycosides;In autumn Leaf,three different fractions of D,E,F,were obtained.Among them,the component D contains 10% biflavonoids and 10% flavonoid aglycones;Component E containing 24% flavonoid glycosides;Component F contains 40% ginkgolic acid.(4)With 93% ethanol as extractant of flavonoid glycosides,flavonoid aglycones,biflavonoids and ginkgolic acids four active ingredients.The results show that the extraction process can be obtained with 2.2g solid H,solid H containing 40% of the ginkgo acid in the condition of 60?,the solid-liquid ratio of 1:10 and extract 30 minutes.
