In this dissertation,the leaves of Ligustrum robustum were studied.Ten compounds were isolated and eight of them were identified.They were Acteoside、Rhoifolin、Ligusrobustoside N、Ligupurpuroside B、trans-Ligupurpuroside B、Luteolin-7-O-glucoside、Osmanthuside B6 and Ligupurpuroside C The antioxidant activity of 30 batches of Ligustrum robustum from different sources was studied.HPLC fingerprints of Ligustrum robustum were established.Use the Pearson correlation analysis to confirm the relationship between the reducing ability and the efficacy index.The determination of the main activity peak provides a reasonable basis for the quality control of Chinese medicine.Firstly,the Ligustrum robustum leaf extract was by methanol cold leaching and the total glucosides of Ligustrum robustum was obtained by column chromatography with HP-20.Separation by gel column chromatography and Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography and HPLC using silica gel column chromatography.Thirty batches of Ligustrum robustum of different sources were established by HPLC fingerprinting,and DPPH method,ABTS method and determination of reducing ability were used to evaluate the antioxidant activity of 30 batches of Ligustrum robustum from different sources.Based on the established chemical fingerprints and pharmacological data of antioxidant activity,Pearson correlation analysis,grey correlation and partial correlation analysis were used to establish the relationship between fingerprints and antioxidative activity of Ligustrum robustum.The antioxidant activity of Ligustrum robustum was related to the fifteen active common peaks.The experimental results showed that by establishing the spectral-activity relationship between the fingerprint and the antioxidant activity of Ligustrum robustum,the active common peak was found.It also provided a reference for the quality evaluation of Ligustrum robustum.
