The pretreatment process of pure cotton knitted fabric including scouring and bleaching before dyeing,the aim is to remove the impurities on the cotton fiber,but also to improve the wettability and whiteness of the cotton fiber,although the process will make the cotton fabric has excellent pretreatment effect,but the treatment liquid alkaline too strong,After treatment will make the strength of cotton fiber decreased,and after treatment of cotton fabric feel astringent,but also to follow the soft finish to make cotton fabric has a good feel.This paper mainly studies the effect of enzymatic scouring and enzymatic scouring on the physical wettability of cotton fabric,including the influence of pectin and wax content on the wettability of cotton fabric,the effect of pectin and wax on the wettability of cotton fabric.The pretreatment process of cotton fiber refining and bleaching is studied,and a pretreatment process which can not only achieve good results,but also overcome the disadvantages of traditional pretreatment is developed purposefully,so as to achieve good economic and social benefits.Firstly,the effect of pectin and wax on the wettability of cotton fabric was studied,the pectin content of cotton fabric was reduced from 1.1%to 0.42%by the extraction of pectin and waxy substance on cotton fiber,while the wool effect of cotton fabric increased 1.6 cm only,indicating that pectin content had less effect on the wool effect of cotton fabric.,the effect of wax content on the wool performance of cotton fabric was tested,the wax content of cotton fabrics was reduced from 0.86%to 0.21%,and the wool effect of cotton fabric increased from 3.4cm to 6.0cm,which indicated that the waxing quality of cotton had effect on the wool performance of the fabric.The wool effect of cotton fabric with wax content of 0.45%was 5.8cm,while that of cotton fabric with wax content of 0.56%was 6.3cm,indicating that the distribution state of wax had more influence on the wool effect of cotton fabric than waxy content.By removing wax and pectin together on cotton fabric,when pectin content was 0.58%and waxy content was 0.43%,the wetting effect of cotton fabric was 0.78cm.The results showed that the interaction of wax and pectin was the main factor affecting the wetting performance of cotton fabric,and the pectin and wax were distributed in layers on cotton fiber.When the content of pectin in cotton fabric was reduced from 1.1%to 0.42%,the breaking strength of cotton fabric was reduced from 746.1N to 739.9N,and the top breaking strength of cotton fabric was reduced from 746.1N to 743.9N after reducing the wax content from 0.86%to0.21%.The results showed that the content of two substances had no effect on the strength of cotton fabric.Secondly,the effect of surfactant on the wool performance of cotton fabric was studied in enzymatic pretreatment.After the treatment of cotton fabric by surfactants,the wool effect of cotton fabrics was elevated from 5.1 cm to 8.5 cm,and after 3 washes to wash away the residual surfactants,the wool efficiency of cotton was reduced by 3cm.It is indicated that the residual surfactants after pretreatment can cause the fake wool effect to cotton fabric,and obviously affect the wetting property of cotton fabric.After the addition of cellulase in the process of pectinase scouring,the wool effect of cotton fabric will be increased from 8.1 cm to 9.4 cm,the strength of the top breaking of cotton fabric remained around 740.0 N,indicating that the addition of cellulase in the process of pectinase scouring could improve the effect of enzymatic scouring and would not affect the strength of cotton fabric.By comparing the properties of the traditional alkali scouring with the wetting of the cotton fabric after the compound enzymatic scouring,the pectin content of the traditional alkali scouring cotton fabric was 0.08%,the wax content was 0.11%,the pectin content was 0.1%and the wax content was 0.32%after the compound enzyme scouring.After alkali scouring,the cotton fabric was capillary effect to 8.7 cm,the cotton fabric was 9.0 cm after enzymatic scouring,the cotton fabric with alkali scouring was 742.0 N,and the cotton fabric with enzyme scouring was strong 746.1 N.The physical and mechanical properties of the cotton fabric treated by enzymatic scouring were better than those of alkali scouring,and the wax on the cotton fabric was preserved,and the feel of cotton fabric was improved.Finally,the traditional alkali oxygen scouring and bleaching pretreatment with two enzyme scouring bleaching?over sodium carbonate/DECOBS and H2O2/TAED?pretreatment process was compared experiment,the experiment measured alkali oxygen scouring and bleaching of cotton fabric after the capillary effect of 11.1 cm,enzyme scouring H2O2/The wool effect of cotton fabric treated by TAED bleaching was 12.1 cm;the weight loss rate of cotton fabric was 6.79%,top breaking strength was 712.1 N,the weight loss rate of cotton fabric with enzyme scouring and bleaching was 4.24%,and top breaking strength was 731.8N.By comparing the dyeing performance of different pretreatment cotton fabric with reactive dyes,the dyeing rate of cotton fabric with alkali-oxygen scouring and bleaching was 84.3%.k/s 14.37,the 88.5%,k/s value of cotton fabric with enzyme scouring and bleaching was increased by about 2,and the rate of dye uptake was about 4%.The wax content of cotton fabric with alkali oxygen scouring and bleaching was only 0.07%,the waxy content of cotton fabric with enzymatic scouring and bleaching was0.26%,and the waxy content of cotton fabric was twice times higher than that of traditional alkali-oxygen scouring and bleaching treatment,and the cotton fabrics had softer feel.
