With the development of higher education and the implementation of education strategy,universities in China have successively expanded their enrollment and scientific innovation has been greatly improved,consecutively the number of laboratory as well as the scope of their research have become more and more extensive.Whereas the emission of more and more pollutants from laboratories have been significantly harmful to the environment.Particularly,the emission of laboratory waste liquid which is the most common has been increasingly.It has been recorded that the output of chemical and experimental laboratories is large,characterized by significant characteristic pollutants,which is suitable for comprehensive treatment.In this research,the microwave/Fenton/activated carbon system was found to be a rapid and efficient treatment to the degradation of organic waste in the laboratory.According to the orthogonal experiment,the main order of influencing factors in the degradation of simulated waste liquid containing phenol is the dosage of H2O2>microwave power>dosage of activated carbon>pH.On the basis of the simulation experiment,the experimental study on the actual organic waste water from the laboratory of Donghua University was conducted to explore the influence on the removal rate of CODcr microwave temperature,including H2O2 dosage and agents addition method.It was proved that the optimum condition including H2O2 is 50 mL·L-1,the reaction temperature is 60?,60 mins of reaction,the COD removal of the waste liquid,which COD concentration is 10000mg·L-1,can reach 82%.The system was proved to be simple and efficiency.Based on the study of organic waste liquids in the laboratory,this project was based on the investigation of the basic conditions of the quality of the laboratory wastewater?waste liquid?from Donghua University,and the comparison and evaluation of the advantages and disadvantages of various types of laboratory waste water treatment processes.The project was designed argeted to the chemical engineering laboratory wastewater?waste liquor?.This design was adopted the comprehensive treatment technology as"laboratory waste liquid pretreatment+Fenton oxidation+coagulating sedimentation+biological contacted oxidation process"comprehensive treatment technology.The computer automatic control program is designed and operated in the process of the complex laboratory waste liquid pretreatment.The design is adopted chemical precipitation method to preprocess metal ion waste liquid,achieveing the precipitation efficiency over 95%.Using microwave/Fenton oxidation process to rapidly degrade the laboratory organic waste liquid and the acid and alkali waste liquid to adjust the organic waste liquid pH,the COD removal is more than90%.Fenton oxidation process aiming to degrade the mixed wastewater in the laboratory,can make the COD removal reach up to 50%after 2 h.After Fenton oxidation process,the effluent is regulated to pH 9 for coagulating sedimentation,finally entered the final biological contact oxidation pond.After the process,the concentration of CODcr,SS,pH,chroma,total Hg and hexavalent Cr can reach Shanghai municipal sewage discharge standard.The structure and pipeline of each pool are corrosion-resistant carbon steel.The design covers an area of 80 m2,and the inflow is controlled at 0.67m3·h-1.In the budget of this design,the operating cost is 189.42 yuan/ton.The equipment includes adding quantity pump,sewage pump,pH control instrument,ultrasonic level meter,stirring equipment,sludge dewatering machine,etc.The required agents include hydrogen peroxide,powder activated carbon,ferrous sulfate,calcium hydroxide,5‰PAM,etc.The aim of this study is to provide an integrated treatment process with high efficiency and low cost,further providing a reference for the treatment of similar waste liquid.
