As a kind of important chemical engineering production,n-butyl acetate was widely used in various of industry such as:food additive,cosmetic,spice and pharmacy and so on.Nature n-butyl acetate is existing in plants and fruits,but it is expensive that extract n-butyl acetate from plants and fruits,and only can acquire n-butyl acetate with a low purity.It can't satisfy the demanding of some industry production.So,it is vital that prepare high purity n-butyl acetate by chemical synthesized.In the article,we prepared high purity n-butyl acetate by catalyst of AlCl3,SO42-/WO3-TiO2 solid superacid and ionic liquid.We also research the influence factors of esterification reaction of ratio of alcohol to acid,catalyst dosage,reaction times and reaction temperature.?1?N-butyl acetate was synthesized by using acetic acid and n-butyl alcohol as raw materials and merchant AlCl3 as catalyst.We research the influence factors of production yield of ratio of alcohol with acid,catalyst dosage,reaction times and reaction temperature to acquire the best synthesis condition.The experiment result demonstrated that when molar ratio of alcohol to acid is 1.33 and catalyst dosage of AlCl3 is 2.8%of total weight of alcohol and acid can acquire better yield of 59.4%by reaction at 105?for 140 min.?2?Using n-butyl titanate as titanium source and sodium tungstate as tungsten source,we synthesized WO3-TiO2 by homogeneous precipitation method.Subsequent,we acidize the WO3-TiO2 by H2SO4 and then calcined in high temperature to prepare SO42-/WO3-TiO2 solid superacid of different ratio of WO3.We characterized the SO42-/WO3-TiO2 solid superacid by infrared spectrometer and X-ray diffraction instrument.We synthesized n-butyl acetate by using SO42-/WO3-TiO2 solid superacid as catalyst and systematic studied the best reaction condition.The experiment result demonstrated that using 0.3 mol acetic acid and 0.4 mol n-butyl alcohol as raw materials and 1g SO42-/WO3-TiO2 solid superacid as catalyst which WO3 content is3.75%can acquire better yield of 65.2%by reaction at 115?for 80 min.We researched the cycling property of catalyst SO42-/WO3-TiO2 solid superacid,and found that it show excellent cycling property.?3?We catalyzed synthesis n-butyl acetate by using ionic liquid as catalyst for esterification reaction,and researched influence factors of esterification reaction of type of ionic liquid,ratio of alcohol to acid,ionic liquid dosage,reaction times and reaction temperature by systematic studied to ensure the best reaction condition.First,we studied the influence factor of type of ionic liquid.We found that the activity order of four kinds of is[Et3NH][HSO4]<[Et2NH2][HSO4]<[Hmin][HSO4]<[Hnhp][HSO4].Subsequent,we use[Hnhp][HSO4]ionic liquid as catalyst to research the influence of others factors.The experiment result demonstrated that using 2.2g[Hnhp][HSO4]ionic liquid as catalyst and 0.3 mol acetic acid and 0.4 mol n-butyl alcohol as raw materials can acquire better yield of 69.4%of production n-butyl acetate by reaction at 110?for 120 min.?4?Simulation of reactive distillation is popular among numerous researchers.In the paper,we use software of Aspen Plus to stimulate reactive distillation of synthesis n-butyl acetate.Using Aspen Plus to stimulate reactive distillation process can direct predict result of synthesis.It can the highest possible avoid economy loss and energy consumption of directing amplify production and optimizing of synthesis condition.In this paper,we researched influence of reactive distillation synthesis by adjusting parameter of stimulation condition.The result indicated that the best stimulation parameter of molar ration of n-butyl alcohol to acetic acid is 0.98 and plate number of rectifying section,reaction section and stripping section are 3,6 and 6,respectively and reflux ratio is 1.6.The highest yield of reactive distillation stimulation synthesis n-butyl acetate is 83.3%.
