The structural strength of the crude oil cabin segment mainly includes: When creating the mechanical model,attention should be paid to simplifying the geometric model of the engineering structure,simplifying the load,simplifying the boundary conditions,and other issues.When creating a mechanical model,attention should be paid to simplifying the geometric model of the engineering structure and simplifying the conditions.Disperse the structure,select the unit displacement mode,establish the unit stiffness matrix,the overall stiffness matrix,and select the appropriate algebraic equation to solve the structure discretization.Output the calculation result in the finite element software and analyze the calculation result..Here we need to emphasize that in the processing and analysis of results,the error of stress should be minimized.This article is based on a 158,000 DWT crude oil vessel designed by a shipyard.It mainly focuses on the finite element analysis of the structural strength of the NO.5 section.The contents of the research mainly include the following aspects(1)The papers on the development,characteristics,and layout of the tanker were read,together with a large amount of data collected,summarizing the structural characteristics of the tanker,and laying the theoretical foundation for the following analysis.(2)Learn and master ship structural CSR,theoretical and practical steps of finite element analysis.The contents mainly include the use of finite element software modeling,adding load constraints and selection solutions,stress analysis and structural reinforcement methods.(3)Based on the finite element analysis of the crude oil vessel,the modeling method of the three-dimensional finite element structure of the crude oil tank cabin was discussed.The calculation method for determining the water pressure to the outside of the tank body was determined.The calculation method for the hull pressure of the cargo in the tanks constituted the crude oil.A check calculation method and evaluation system for the finite element strength of cabin structure.Taking the 158,000 DWT crude oil vessel designed by a shipyard as the calculation object,the FEM yield analysis,buckling analysis and fatigue analysis were carried out for the cabin section.(4)Based on the finite element strength analysis of the 158,000 DWT crude oil hold section,the 77 th rib frame,the support of the girder and the 18500 longitudinal frame were selected to perform several areas where the fatigue damage was severe under dynamic and static loads respectively.Mesh refinement,the stress of these areas are obtained,and the stress is actually reflected in the hull structure where the stress is concentrated and can be used as a basis for judging the structural strength of the hull.This is also an important basis for how to design a component enhancement plan.(5)Finally,based on the results of the finite element analysis,the hull structural reinforcement scheme was designed.Combined with our common methods and their characteristics,as well as the characteristics of the hull structure,we determined that the reinforcement plan for the ships we studied was to increase the slab thickness and to install the ribs.
