Study On Landscape Planning Of Urban Wetland Park

This study based on the mast planning of widgeon lake urban wetland park of Beijing, put forward that urban wetland park should take resource protection as a starting point to look for the best balancing point of protection and exploitation. Then it brings up systematic protective strategies,such as laying out reasonably city ground, designing scientifically wetland landscape, recovering natives speckles, inspecting and contr01ling continuously city wetland,resolving rationally human interference , and establishing city wetland protective regulations.The public should participate in the protection of wetlands.Wetland Park is the important part of the national wetland protective system which constitutes the wetland protective management system together with wet1and nature reserve. reserve zone, wetland wild animal and botany habitat, and wetland multipurpose precinct . Developing and constructing Wetland Park was an idiographic measure to carry out national wetland protective managing policy,and is also an effective way to maintain and expand the wetland protective area currently. Wetland Park is some special wetland regions which give priority to the wetland landscape with marked or special ecological,cultural, aesthetic and biodiversity value,along with certain scale and scope,protect the ecosystem integrality,and maintain the ecological process and ec0Iogical serving f.unction.Based on this,to fully play its multifunction and benefits,to make reasonable use of wetland,to carry out the tourism,recreation or scientific,cultural and educational activities are also the purposes of developing wetland.This research, on the basis of comprehensive study of overseas and domestic achievements,clarified some quirkish concepts via systematic statistic methodology and investigating domestic 25 urban wetland parks.Among the facts investigated,1 8 examples were domestic influential lay outings or successful works famous all over the world.Tb a certain extent,they represented the development level of our national wetland park. And the other 7 examples were items applied and practiced during this study.So we have some rich experience.This study attempts to clear up the status and problems on national wetland resource protection,classified construction and ec0109ical technological application at the present, to explore scientific sorting and relevant building modeling,to provide foundation for rational ecological techn0109ical application,and to establish stability basis for protecting wetland resource and constructing wetland park.The purpose is to settle the problems faced by the construction of urban wetland park, such as how to mark out and construct wetland park on wetland regions with marked natural trait and ecological character,how to adopt retrieval ecological recovery measures and construct wetland park on degradative wetland with probability to ecological recovery, how to mark out and construct wetland park on ecological fragile region with typical geographic terrain character and rational usage potential, how to protect wetland biodiversity and strengthen wetland regional cultural legacy protection simultaneity and so on.It is believed that if we have model division suitable to the occasion, such as reserve model, water maintaining model,recreational park model and waste recycle model,and then take technological steps pertinently,the settlement of the above—mentioned problems will become straight and simple.With the speedy expansion of city size,it is most important to undertake the study of constructing wetland park and protection and unitization of wetland resource f.or carrying out national wetland classified protective managing policy.The study and the settlements of a great deal problems will greatly enrich the theory of resource protection and layout of urban wetland park,ensure the constructive behavior to be more scientific,reasonable and more close to the path to sustainable development.
