Along with the pace of economic construction speeding up and the advancement of industrialization in our country,the rapid economic growth also causes many environmental problems.Furthermore the environmental pollution has seriously affected work and life of individuals.Especially air pollution and water pollution,has caused harm to humans and all living things.How to reduce pollution is an important task for us.Industrial wastewater and exhausted gas are the main sources of pollutants.In heavily polluted weather,the combined mass of ammonium sulfate and ammonium nitrate can account for 40%-60% of PM2.5.Ammonia emissions have become an important limiting factor for PM2.5 formation.In order to protect the environment,it is necessary to adopt certain methods to absorb ammonia gas from industrial exhausted gas,so as to prevent ammonia gas from discharging directly into the atmosphere and thus polluting the air.Ammonia treatment methods mainly include physical absorption and biological degradation,catalytic decomposition method and chemical absorption method.As a compound fertilizer production enterprise,Sino-Arab Fertilizers Co.Ltd..uses liquid ammonia,sulfuric acid,phosphoric acid and potassium sulfate as the main raw materials.A single tube reactor is used to produce neutralizing slurry by reaction,and the solid material is grafted by contacting with the ammonia distributor in the granulator.The ammonia-containing exhausted gas is then discharged to the washing system by the fans and washed in Venturi scrubber and subsequently scrubbing tower.And then gas and liquid are separated from the defoamer by cyclone.Increasing ammonia utilization rate and reducing emissions,not only meet the social environmental protection needs,but also meet the overall economic interests of the company.In this paper,the influence factors of ammonia utilization rate are studied from process parameters control and equipment control.Firstly,several different N/P formulations are compared from process parameters control.The relationship between ammonia emissions and the ratio of amino acid,pH value and density of washing fluid is determined by using the common grades of nitrogroup and urine compound fertilizer.At the same time,we should control the pH value of scrubbing liquid and reduce the emissions of ammonia by absorption.The general S512 pH value is 3-5,C560 pH value is 2-4,and S512 scrubbing liquid density is 1.20-1.35 kg/L.The related equipment which affects ammonia absorption is discussed,process control is strengthened and ammonia absorption efficiency is improved.The related equipment,such as pipe reactor,ammonia distributor and Venturi scrubber,which affect ammonia absorption,are discussed in this paper.We need to strengthen process control to improve ammonia absorption efficiency.
