There is volatilizing and leaking the question of ammonia to Flu Gas Desulphurization of oil plant in this text, Venturi scrubber gas and water separation components has been developed and designed and has been carried on theory analysis and experiment to study to the thing that it took off ammonia performance.This text has summarized the pluses and minuses of various kinds of wet type gas washing devices and the research progress of Venturi scrubber washing the harmful gas, and various kinds of pressure models for Venturi scrubber. Five kinds of different structure Venturi scrubbesr are designed and have been carried on experimental process parameters The orthogonal analysis of operating factor to influence Venturi scrubber's performance of taking off ammonia has been carried on, By comparing the influence degree of every factor, the results indicate that influences the order of taking off the ammonia rate: liquid-to-gas ratio > the throat gas speed > the entrance ammonia density. Venturi scrubber temperature field and velocity field of Venturi scrubber with no spraying under the condition is simulated. The best area to take off the ammonia rate has been found out through the experiment: shrink angle 24 degree, spread angle 7 degree, the throat diameter 40mm, the length throat 80mm, liquid-to-gas ratio 0.16, gas throat speed 47m/s. By experimental analysis of the various process parameters on the venturi scrubber the influence law of removal ammonia and pressure loss has been got.Analyzing through theory, the temperature drop model and droplet growth model and the model of taking off the ammonia efficiency are derived. It can be drawn from lowering model that the Venturi tube temperature drop relates to the throat speed.It can be drawn from droplet growth model and removal ammonia model that droplet growth and removal ammonia relate to liquid-to-gas ratio, the entrance ammonia density, the throat gas speed and contact time. Finally according to the pressure loss experiment result, the Venturi scrubber pressure loss equation has been fitted out in this experiment...
