Study On The Feasibility Of Second Sewage Treatment Plant And Its Supporting Pipe Network In Shaoyang County

Under the environment of rapid development of social economy,the government has increasingly emphasized the importance of sustainable development.However,production sewage has been effecting the ecological environment seriously and endangers residents'health.Therefore,it is a great significant project to build a sewage treatment plant to improve the living environment and image of a city.Nowadays,the sewage treatment plant is a basic construction project and even an important part of a city.Although we need a large amount of initial funds to build a sewage treatment,the payback from it is not estimated by money.This paper is combined with the actual situation of Shaoyang County local network system status and urban sewage discharge.And summing up the results which the advantages and disadvantage of A~2/O and improved oxidation ditch process are compared from the aspects of process selection,treatment effect,environmental impact assessment and investment benefit.So as to provide a basis for the construction of sewage treatment plants.At the same time,it is also a social public welfare project to protect the environmental quality of Chengdong New District in Shaoyang County.The construction and operation of the project after the study will definitely have an impact on the social development of the local area,increase employment,promote income,and increase residents'income.It is of great significance to improve the investment environment,promote economic development and solve the problems of environmental protection and ecological balance.From this paper,the main research results as follow:(1)The treatment scale of the sewage treatment plant in the new urban area of Shaoyang county was determined,one of which was designed to be 2m~3/d,and the other period was4m~3/d.(2)The paper combined with the nature of regional land use propose the water quality parameters of the sewage treatment plant in the service range(3)The treatment process of sewage treatment is A~2/O,ultraviolet disinfection,concentrated dehydration,and mud cake transportation.(4)The construction of the sewage treatment plant is adapted to the architectural style of the surrounding environment,so that it does not affect the overall image of the city.(5)Through the analysis of the sewage treatment plant construction project investment is 149million 167 thousand yuan,the total annual cost of 10 million 409 thousand and 300 yuan,7million 867 thousand and 700 yuan for the benefit of.(6)The construction of the second sewage treatment plant in Shaoyang County will be a public welfare project supported by the broad masses of cadres and masses and will not have a negative impact on society.After the implementation of the project,the discharge load of water pollutants in the development zone will be reduced,and the water environment quality in this area will be improved,which can better meet the increasing public health needs of the people.The research put forward the scale,processing technology,investment cost and benefit of sewage treatment plant construction.The preliminary process design and calculation of the recommended process were carried out,and the results can be used as a reference for preliminary design.The project construction scale,general layout,construction scheme,environmental protection,fire safety,implementation schedule,project organization and management,investment estimation and financing scheme are discussed as a reference.
