The Research Of External Scaffold Safety Management Based On BIM Technology

With the rapid development of China’s economy,the design and construction of high-rise buildings are in the ascendant.In the process of construction,high-rise buildings are more stringent in design and safety requirements for scaffolding.Traditional design techniques are lagging behind.Scaffolding safety issues are prominent and accidents occur frequently.The reason for this is mainly due to the fact that the safety management and information monitoring technologies of the scaffold are backward and cannot be managed through information-based safety management methods.The building information technology represented by building information model(BIM)is the next generation building information model design technology,which provides new ideas and new methods for the safety management mode of the construction industry.Based on the in-depth study of BIM technology and information security management of scaffolding,this topic applies BIM technology to the information security management field of scaffolding,and starts the research work on the safety management of external scaffolding based on BIM technology.The main research work is as follows:First of all,the brief introduction of scaffolding and BIM technology,analysis of the development status of scaffolding and BIM technology at home and abroad,on this basis,the significance of the topic of research on safety management of external scaffolding based on BIM technology is proposed.It points out that the research on security management combined with BIM technology provides new ideas and methods for the prevention of construction engineering safety management accidents,and then arranges the chapter contents of the full text.Secondly,with the suspended scaffolding as the research object,detailed analysis was done on the design method,model construction,parameter calculation,and safety monitoring of cantilevered scaffolding.According to the above researches on various aspects of scaffolding,the advantage of BIM technology in the safety management of scaffolding is pointed out.A scaffold safety management model based on BIM technology is given,and the key technologies for applying the model for safety management are studied to ensure the efficient operation of the scaffold safety management system.Finally,based on the BIM scaffolding safety information design model,the system research work on the design of the scaffolding security system based on BIM technology is carried out.The framework of the scaffolding security system is constructed and the operation flow of the system is given.Taking the 40# building project in the spring of baizhuang as an example,theoretical analysis and verification of the established modelwere carried out.The results show that the designed theoretical model can guarantee the safe operation of the external scaffold,and has good social and economic benefits.
