With the rapid development of construction projects in China today,the bowl-buckle type steel pipe scaffold has the advantages of strong applicability,good durability,high bearing capacity,and convenient operation,and is widely used in engineering construction.But at the same time,safety accidents in the construction of bowl-buckle scaffolding often occur.At present,my country's theoretical research on the safety evaluation system in the construction of bowl-buckle scaffolding is not thorough enough.Therefore,in this context,it is of practical significance to establish a scientific and reasonable bowl-buckle-type steel pipe scaffold construction safety evaluation system.It can objectively and clearly help construction companies grasp the key points and difficulties of construction,which is conducive to the safety management of the construction of bowl-buckle steel scaffolding to reduce the occurrence of engineering safety accidents.This article first analyzes the cause of accidents in the safety accidents of bowl-buckle steel pipe scaffolding in my country in the past ten years,uses literature analysis to compare the methods of extracting influencing factors from domestic and foreign engineering safety accidents,and selects 4M based on the construction characteristics of bowl-buckle steel pipe scaffolding after comparison.The accident cause theory extracts the factors affecting construction safety.Secondly,establish a comprehensive evaluation system for the construction safety of bowl-buckle scaffolding based on fuzzy mathematical analysis.The first step is to establish a factor set.That is,on the basis of the horizontal analysis of the project by the4 M theory,the vertical analysis of the construction process with the WBS-RBS method is carried out to combine the four stages of construction to form a cross-influencing factor set matrix.In the second step,Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)calculates the weight of each factor.The third step is to perform the second-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation calculation and draw a conclusion.Finally,taking the construction of the bowl-buckle scaffolding in the Lantaifu Project in Zunyi City as an example,experts were invited to score the safety evaluation indicators and index membership degree,and the fuzzy comprehensive safety evaluation model was used to calculate the safety level of the project.As a result,it is verified that the safety evaluation model is practical.The innovation of this paper is as follows:1.Put forward the horizontal and vertical analysis of the bowl buckle scaffold construction safety factors and its qualitative,applied to the safety evaluation calculation.2.Fuzzy mathematics theory is used to quantify the influencing factors of bowl buckle scaffold construction safety,so that the safety evaluation results are more clear and objective.
