Polymer materials are widely applicatied in engineering construction in various fields because of their excellent propertites,suchas light density,good mechanical properties,easyprocessing propertites.Under the influence of environmental factors,such as the ultraviolet light,heat,oxygen,other environmental factors,the polymer material is prone to aging,which affected its normal use.In order to improve the service life of the polymer materials,commonly used in mixed anti aging agent to improve its anti-aging properties,but adding antioxidants into polymer materials have a certain influence on the properties of the product,also the protective effect of adding in anti-ageing agent to UV aging is limited.In view of the deficiency of the method of adding antioxidant into product,this paper prepared anti aging protective coatings for polymer surface,in order to improve of the properties of polymer thermal oxygen and light oxygen aging.In this paper,the silicone solution as film forming material,by adding different kinds of antioxidants and light stabilizers to prepare anti-thermal oxidative and anti-photooxidation coating.Selection of polyvinyl chloride(PVC)and silicone sealant as the basic materials,by mechanical property measurement,Fourier infrared spectra analysis and thermal gravimetric analysis method of evaluation the protectiveeffect of the anti-aging coating prepared by different types of antioxidant and light stabilizer to thermal oxidative aging and light aging,determinedthe composition and formulation of the anti aging coating.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)Three antioxidants(antioxidant 1010,antioxidant 1076 and antioxidant 168)were respectively with silicone compound solution prepared different kinds of thermal oxidative aging coating.Respectively applying coatings on the surface of the PVC,themechanical properties test after thermal oxidative aging showed that three kinds of thermal oxidation protective coating can be increased the tensile strength of PVC reserved elongation at break and retention rate after aging.but the improvement effect have obvious difference.The antioxidant 1010 and silicone soluble liquid composite coating had the most excellent effect on PVC after heat oxygen aging test,the suitable dosage antioxidant 1010 is 3%.(2)Three kinds of light stabilizers(UV531,UV770 and salicylic acid)were used to prepare different kinds of anti-photoxidant protective coatings.Which are applied on the surface of the PVC,the mechanical properties testing after light aging showed that three light stabilizer prepared protective coating for PVC had good improvement effect,which UV770 and organosilicon compound coating had the most significantimprovement on PVC resistant UV aging performance.(3)Compared with only doped UV770 into anting-aging coatings,added antioxidant 1010 and UV770 compound into anting-aging coatings can effectively improve the tensile strength retention rate and elongation retention rate of PVC,antioxidants 1010 and light stabilizers UV770 compoundhad a certain synergistic effect.(4)Respectively added different dosage of antioxidant 1010 and light stabilizer UV770 into anti-aging coating,applied coatings on the surface of the silicone sealant,the mechanical properties test afterhot oxygen or photooxidation aging indicated that :two anti aging protective coating can improve theretention rate of tensile strength and elongation at break of silicone sealant after thermal oxidation or photo oxidation,effectively inhibited the aging of silicone sealant.the appropriate content of the antioxidant 1010 and light stabilizer UV770 added into anting-aging coatings which used in silicone sealant were 3%.(5)Compared with only add light stabilizers UV770,the determined dosage of antioxidant and light stabilizer added into anti-aging coatings can more effectively improve the tensile strength properties of silicone sealant.1010 antioxidants and light stabilizers UV770 prepared anti-aging protective coating could more effectively improve the tensile strength retention rate and elongation retention rate of silicone sealant after photooxidation aging.(6)FTIR analysis indicated that,after thermal oxygen aging,the content of C = O increased,-CH2-decreased,the antioxidant 1010 preparation anti aging coating applicated on the surface of the PVC could effectively inhibit the contentof C = O increased and-CH2 –decreased;after photooxidation aging,the content of Si-CH3,Si(CH3)3 decreased,Si-O-Si increased of silicone sealant,antioxidant1010 and light stabilizers UV770 prepared anti-aging coating applied on the surface of silicone sealant,could effectively inhibit the content of Si-CH3,Si(CH3)3 decreased and Si-O-Si increased after photooxidation aging.(7)TG-DTG analysis showed that the decomposition temperature of silicone sealant increased after aging,antioxidant 1010 and UV770 complex preparedanti-aging coating could reduce the thermal decomposition temperature of silicone sealant after UV aging test,had good effect on the resistance to aging of silicone sealant.
