This article takes silicone sealant as the research object,and tests the performance of the manufactured product,including testing whether the performance of the product meets the national standard of silicone sealant,the infrared,heat capacity,The crystallinity and surface morphology were analyzed,in which the aging resistance after curing was emphasized.Adding solid silica and calcium carbonate nanoparticles to fill and modify the silicone sealant.The main achievements are as follows:(1)The silicone sealant is modified by controlling the amount of nano silica added and the specific surface area of zthe nano silica particles,and the performance of the modified silicone sealant is tested according to national mandatory standards.The test results show that when the amount of nano-silica is increased from 10%to 20%,the hardness of the silicone sealant changes from 40 degrees to 49 degrees,and the surface drying time becomes shorter,from 0.8 h to 0.7 h.The increase(poor flowability)increased from 1.3 s to 1.6 s,the tensile bond strength retention rate after artificial weathering treatment increased,and the elongation increased from 205%to 323%.As the specific surface area of nano-silica increases from 150 ± 25 m2/g to 300±25 m2/g,the tensile bond strength increases from 1.37 MPa to 1.58 MPa,and the hardness increases from 43 degrees to 47 degrees.The drying time was shortened by 0.2 h,and the extrusion time increased(the fluidity became worse)from 1.3 s to 1.5 s.(2)The W01 silicone sealant is prepared through a certain experimental design.The inspection items of the produced product meet the requirements of the single-component silicone sealant specified in the GB 16776-2005 "Silicon Sealants for Construction"standard.(3)Infrared,DSC,SEM,EDS test on W01 silicone sealant.Analysis and test results After the curing and curing of the elastomer,the fracture surface of the elastomer is relatively smooth and flat.After water-ultraviolet light aging,the surface morphology of the sample has changed,and the surface has become rough after aging.It should be a slight chalking phenomenon.The specific element content on the surface of the W01 silicone sealant sample,where C is 45.27 wt.%,O is 27.49 wt.%,Si is 15.84 wt.%,And Ca is 11.44 wt.%.
