Waste cooking oil has a broad application prospect in the field of asphalt regeneration.It is important for the development of asphalt regeneration theory and technology.And carrying out the research of waste cooking oil in the asphalt regeneration is also significant for the use of waste asphalt mixture and recycling of waste cooking oil.Current research mainly carried out the effects of waste cooking oil content on the aging asphalt regeneration and the relationship between the waste edible oil chemical properties and regeneration effect is lack of research.Based on the lab simulation aged asphalt,the fresh soybean oil was heated at270?for different hours?0-15h?to obtain the soybean oil with different degree of aging.In this paper,6%?by mass of binders?waste edible oil was added to the aging asphalt to study the effect of aging degree of waste edible oil on the physical properties,rheological properties,composition and structure of aging asphalt.The conclusion was summarized as follows:?1?During the heating process of soybean oil,the unsaturated fatty acid was oxidated and produced the material such as ketones,aldehydes,and accompanied by the volatilization of light component.The color and consistency of the soybean oil becomes deep with the increase of heating time?0-15h?.The acid value of soybean oil increases from 0.18mgKOH/g to 3.23mgKOH/g,the density increases from0.904kg/L to 0.941kg/L and the viscosity increases from 49.5 mPa·s to 1792 mPa·s.So the degree of aging soybean oil is deeper,and the soybean oil becomes into gel after heating for 15h.?2?The mixing of aging soybean oil with a viscosity less than 1792 mPa·s can effectively soften the aging asphalt,and improve the anti-fatigue property of the regenerated asphalt,while the soybean oil with lower aging degree can reduce the rutting resistance and creep properties of recycled asphalt.Adding aging soybean oil can reduce the composite modulus and increase the phase angle of aging asphalt in the same frequency.And with the increase of the aging degree of soybean oil,the composite modulus increases while the phase angle decreases in the same frequency.?3?The aging soybean oil added into aging asphalt can reduce the content of the oxygen-containing functional group,and also produce some new functional group.Based on the grey correlation theory,the aliphatic absorption peak of 1464cm-1,1377cm-1 and 723cm-1 of aging soybean oil had a big connection with the physical properties of asphalt.The main factors that affect the regeneration of asphalt are the content of oxygen functional groups and aromatic substances.In conclusion,this paper study the effect of the degree of aging soybean oil on the conventional physical properties,rheological properties and composition of aging asphalt.And confirmed the main structural features of aging soybean oil which have influence on the regeneration of asphalt.
