Water environment in China is facing a grim situation of nitrogen pollution,of which ammonia nitrogen in water environmental emissions of 2.299 million tons in 2015.Traditionalwayofwastewaterdenitrificationatpresentismainly nitrification-denitrification process,but this process requires aeration coupling large energy consumption.In anaerobic ammonia oxidation reaction of denitrification process doesn't need aeration,but its denitrification efficiency will declining caused by the waste water containing heavy metals.Feammox is the earliest found in wetland soil in New Jersey in2005,driven by anaerobic microorganism,and Feammox microorganism is also found in the soil of dabaoshan Shaoguan where contains a high concentration of heavy metals,the ammonium removal rate of Feammox reactor may not affected declining caused by the waste water containing heavy metals.In order to research the ammonium removal rate of Feammox reactor,this experiment explores different ammonia nitrogen concentration and pH conditions simulated wastewater of Feammox to preliminary sure the inflow conditions of Feammox reactor,and establishs Feammox ASBR-reactor and Feammox biofilm reactor.The main research conclusions are as follows:In the study of different concentration of ammonium concentration impacting on Feammox,ammonium concentration decline in a simulated wastewater after adding Feammox microorganism when simulating wastewater's ammonium concentration is75mg/L,150mg/L and 200mg/L.The ammonium removal rate reach 43.03%when simulated wastewater's ammonium concentration is 75mg/L during 15days incubation,and ammonium is mainly oxidized to nitrogen.When wastewater's ammonium concentration is150mg/L,ammonium is oxidized to nitrate and nitrite.When wastewater's ammonium concentration is 150mg/L,ammonium is oxidized to nitrate.When wastewater's ammonium concentration is 75mg/L,150mg/L and 200mg/L,the ammonium removal rate during 10days incubation is higher than during last 5dyas incubation.In the study of different concentration of pH impacting on Feammox,when simulating wastewater's p H is4.5 and 6,ammonium concentration decline in a simulated wastewater after adding Feammox microorganism.The ammonium removal rate is 43.03%when simulated wastewater's p H is 4.5 during 15days incubation.When simulating wastewater's p H is 4.5and 6,ammonium is mainly oxidized to nitrogen.In the study of different mixing methods impacting on Feammox ASBR-reactor,the reactor SR1 adopt continuous mixing operation mode,the reactor SR2 by mixing 1 h then stop 1h.Two reactors after inoculating Feammox microorganism are running for 90days,a total of eight operation cycle.The HRT of first two operational cycles which are regarded as reactor startup stage is 15days.The HRT of last six operational cycles which are regarded as reactor ability improving stage is 10 days.Both reactors began to run after inoculating Feammox microorganism,in reactor startup stage,the reactor SR1 has a higher ammonium removal rate.But in reactor ability improving stage,the ammonium removal rate in SR2 is higher than that in SR1.The MLVSS and MLVSS/MLSS changes in two reators are similar to the changes of ammonium removal rate in two reators,at the same time,the two reactors have VSS loss,which SR1>SR2.Which shows through the inoculation of Feammox microorganism in reactor startup stage should adopt continuous mixing operation mode,it can make Feammox microorganism accumulated faster in the reactor.And when the reactor has stable ammonium removal rate,the reator should adopting intermittent mixing operation mode which can reduce the loss of the activated sludge in the reactor.During 90 day operation of the Feammox biofilm reactor,the inflowing NH4+-N concentration in the reactor is 75mg·L-1 and HRT in the reactor is 10days.Results show that 33.78%ammonium is removed when the operation time is 73day.Feammox reaction in the biofilm reactor is divided two stages.In first stage ammonium is possibly oxidized to nitrogen,which denitrification existed.In second stage denitrification weakened resulting in NO3--N accumulated.Result of bacterial sequencing on the biological membrane show that Feammox is drove by Acidimicrobium and Exiguobacterium.In general,both Feammox ASBR-reactor and Feammox biofilm reactor can oxidize ammonium in the simulated wastewater.
