Corn starch has some advantages,such as has a wide range of sources,low prices,renewable and so on,is widely used in industrial production.Corn Starch Adhesive as a green environment-friendly adhesive is used in corrugated board packaging industry.At present,corrugated board industry commonly used the starch adhesive is made by the main body and the carrier,in which only the carrier starch completely gelatinization,and than made the starch adhesive has a strong adhesive properties,if the starch gelatinization temperature has reduced,the hurt of cardboard come from heat is also reduced,and can save the energy;reduce the use of carrier starch ratio can improve the effective use of starch;while improving the drying rate of corrugated cardboard,the production rate of corrugated board can be increase.W hich by improving the performance of corn starch to improve the performance of corrugated cardboard,this the research scholars has to need to research and need for attention and research topics.In this paper,corn starch was refining treated by mecha nical grinding,and the micro-starch adhesive was prepared to made starch adhesive and made into corrugated board.This subject is studied the starch performance by study the micro-time ?micro-medium optimization,at the some time optimization the process o f corn starch adhesive.The effects of adding Na OH,adding amount of borax and the amount of carrier on the properties of micro-starch were studied,this study is also improve the process of corn starch adhesive.And by adding starch resin to the hydrophob ic material silicone oil to improve the drying rate of starch glue,and enhance the starch gel productivity.Through the discussion on the performance of micro-corn starch and the technology of gelatinization,to provide a theoretical basis for enhancing the corn starch adhesive process,the main results were as follows:(1)The micronized treatment of corn starch can destroy the crystal structure of starch,and then change the gelatinization temperature of starch.While when extension of the micro-time,the graininess of corn starch is decreased,the gelatinization temperature gradually decreased,and the viscosity of corn starch is also decreased.(2)The micro-medium was different the corn starch performance is also different.Under the same time,the greater the polarity of the micro-medium,the smaller the starch particle size,the more serious the destruction of the crystal structure,and the graininess of corn starch is decreased,the gelatinization temperature gradually decreased,and the viscosity of corn starch is also decreased.(3)Through the single factor experiment,it was found that the addition of Na OH was the same in the process of fine starch making,the addition amount of borax was reduced and the amount of carrier starch was decreased,I t was found that the purpose of improving the starch utilization rate in starch gel was realized.The specific formulation was as follows: 100 g of finely divided starch,in which the main starch was 93 g,the carrier starch was 7 g,the Na OH was used in the amount of 2.5 g,the amount of borax was 1.2 g,and the water ratio was still 3: 1.(4)Through the research of make corn starch adhesive find that if add some silicone oil can shorten the drying time of corrugated cardboard.Adding silicone oil to the micronized starch gel can also improve the water loss rate of the micronized starch gel.After the study,it was found that the addition of 10 g of silicone oil to the micronized starch glue to achieve the effect of optimizing the fine gelatinization of starch was carried out with the proportion of fine starch used in 100 g.(5)Silicone oil add into micro-starch adhesive,and make it mixed with starch glue evenly,in this way the adhesive able to stabilize for several days.Studies have shown that high-speed stirring silicone oil fine starch can achieve the purpose of uniform distribution,and high-speed mixing operation is simple easy.
