Donor-Acceptor(D-A)cyclopropanes have been widely applied in building a lot of carbocyclic and N-heterocyclic compounds as an effective synthon,This thesis mainly study on lewis acid catalyzed annulation of Donor-Acceptor cyclopropanes with benzisoxazole and dioxazoles in the following three chapters:Chapter 1: we classify and summarize various types of the ring-opening,rearrangement and annulation reactions of cyclopropanes.Especially,we introduced the lewis acid catalyzed annulation of D-A cyclopropanes,D-A cyclopropanes have a broadly application in building drug molecules and natural product molecules.Chapter 2: Tetrahydro-1-benzazepine Derivatives have a well-known spectrum of biological activities such as antanxiety,sedative-hypnotic.We developed lewis acid catalyzed diastereoselective of D-A cyclopropanes with anthranils.The annulation consists of a reaction sequence involving ring-opening/aromatization/nucleophilic addition.Realized a [3+4]-annulation process of D-A cyclopropanes with anthranils.The desired products obtained in mild conditions with excellent diastereoselective,provide an efficient and convenient method for synthesis of polysubstituted 1-benzazepine Derivatives.Chapter 3: nitrone represented an significant value in 1,3-dipolar cycloaddition reactions,Based on the lewis acid catalysis strategy,We system study the [3+ 2]-annulation of D-A cyclopropanes with dioxazole,provide a novel method to synthesize cyclic nitrone.On the other hand,some derivatization of prepared cyclic nitrones have also been investigated.
