The textile industry is one of the most important traditional industries in China.It belongs to labor-intensive industries and has many textile workers.At present,the noise intensity of domestic and imported textile machinery and equipment is still high,and the long-term work of textile workers in a closed high-intensity noise space will not only have a great impact on the physical and mental health of textile workers,but also lead to acoustic fatigue of textile machinery,weakening the fatigue strength of textile machinery components,furthermore it will reduce the service life of textile machinery and reliability.Therefore,it is very important to identify and locate the noise source of textile machinery and control it effectively.In this paper,takes the tufted carpet loom as the test object.Based on the in-depth study of the principle and algorithm of the transfer path analysis method,measure the noise signal when the tufted carpet loom is working.The transfer path analysis method is used to calculate the noise contribution of each transfer path,and the test data is analyzed to effectively locate the noise source of the tufted carpet loom.The main work is summarized as follows:1.The mechanism composition and working principle of tufted carpet loom were studied in depth.Based on this,the noise signals of tufted carpet loom were acquired and analyzed,the time domain diagram and frequency domain diagram of noise signals were plotted based on the test data.To understand its overall noise characteristics,and catch the frequency of the main noise source under the condition of the tufted carpet loom in the frequency domain diagram.Then the noise source properties of tufted carpet loom and the mechanism of vibration and noise transmission between various mechanisms are further analyzed.2.The basic principles and modeling of several major transfer path analysis methods are studied in depth,and summarize the characteristics of each analysis method.The relationship between the time-consuming of the test measurement and the test accuracy and the applicable occasions are analyzed.According to the characteristics of each analysis method to select an analysis method suitable for locating the noise source of the tufted carpet loom.Further comparison is made by the partial test between the fast TPA and the operating TPA to find the most suitable and specific method to locate noise source of the tufted carpet loom.3.According to the mechanical composition and noise source characteristics of the tufted carpet loom,to select the test scheme and the correct placement for the sound pressure sensor and the acceleration sensor.Calculate the working load and frequency response function by experimental.Calculate the noise contribution on each transfer path according to the principle of fast TPA.The correctness of the transfer path analysis method is verified by comparing the frequency domain diagram of the measured noise with the synthetic noise.Analyze the noise generation principle of each subsystem by the noise signal frequency domain diagram of each transfer paths,and find the main noise source transfer paths.
