Study On Noise Source Identification And Noise Reduction Scheme Of Shigetai Coal Preparation Plant In Shendong

To improve the efficiency of coal utilization and the efficiency of resource distribution,removal of impurities,deashing and desulfurization must be carried out before the use of coal.However,this process of coal preparation leads to high noise,which affects people's normal life seriously.In order to provide a good environment for workers and local residents,it is necessary to identify the noise sources and take comprehensive measures to reduce the noise.In this paper,Shendong Shigetai coal preparation plant was taken as the research object,and analyzes the causes of noise.The qualitative and quantitative method was used to identify the noise source of coal preparation plant.Assessing the occupational hazard of noise and determine the level of occupational hazard of noise.Designing a comprehensive noise reduction scheme and noise control to reduce the noise.Investigate the noise status of the Shendong Shigetai coal preparation plant and analyze the causes of the noise.The method combining qualitative method of subjective identification and quantitative method of near field measurement are used to identify the noise source.The identification results show that the noise value of coal feeder,air compressor,vibrating screen,s craper conveyor,belt conveyor and crusher are very large,which are the main object of noise reduction.The hierarchical structure model of the noise occupational hazard assessment system was established by using the analytic hierarchy process(AHP),which include 4 primary indexes and 15 secondary indexes.The judgment matrix of each level was constructed according to the expert's scoring results,and the weight of each index is determined after calculation and test,forming a comprehensive assessment method of occupational hazard of noise.According to the noise comprehensive evaluation index of coal preparation plant,the risk level of noise occupational hazard is divided.After comprehensive assessment and classification,the level of noise occupational hazards in coal preparation plant is classified as C,and the management level is level 3.It is necessary to strengthen the control of noise in coal preparation plant.Based on the above analysis,the design of noise reduction scheme is carried out from six aspects,such as noise source,factory building,duty room,plant boundary,occupational health management and individual protection.After the implementation of the comprehensive governance program,combined with the actual situation of Shendong Shigetai coal preparation plant,the noise reduction project achieved the purpose of noise reduction.It meets the standard requirements of the state and ensures the physical and mental health of the workers and the surrounding masses.It provides a good solution and reference scheme for noise reduction in other coal preparation plants.
