China is an energy superpower,where the coal geological reserves is about800 billion tons in the survey.The relevant national energy consumption data shows that coal still occupies the first of energy consumption in our country in the future for a long time,especially the big coke consumption.With the corresponding construction projects supporting,large coke oven equipment also has the very good development prospect.Stop coke car is a quite important part of coking equipment,and guide the focal gate and block the core equipment of coke car,stop all equipment institutions around the guide of coke car jiao gate design.Because the coke guide bar often works under the environment of high temperature for a long time.It appears deformation problem such as card to death,hanging roller damage,and we will study it according to these conditions.Research of this paper is mainly according to the guide focal grid structure and the real working state of the running mechanism,guide for contact with red coke coke gate of unsteady temperature field and the working condition of instant high temperature of heat transfer,coke guide bar entity model is set up,using ANSYS finite element analysis of thermodynamics,random temperature field was obtained and the sprocket coke thermal stress,thermal deformation and temperature distribution of the gate,to guide the focal gate design to provide theoretical basis for more accurate.This research results can effectively improve the life of the coke guide device,effectively reduce the vulnerability of the maintenance cost,complete sets of equipment market share for large coke oven ascension as well as the development of the international market will play a good role in promoting,at the same time,for coking enterprises to improve production efficiency,reduce the production cost has a great reference value,in order to produce a great economic and social benefits.
