Column equipment is usually installed outdoors in the chemical and petroleum industry and will inevitably be affected by natural wind load.The tray is an important component for heat and mass transfer of materials.in order to explore the effect of wind load on the efficiency of the tray,a sieve tray is used as the research object to explore the distribution of the flow field and temperature field of gas-liquid two-phase on the sieve tray under the wind load in this paper.A three-dimension modal of tray is established and the height of clear liqud on the tray is chosen to measure the accuracy of the model.The simulated data and experimental data have the same trend of change,and the modal agree well with the Sepideh model value,indicating the accuracy of the model.When the tray is in the stationary state,the distribution of gas-liquid two-phase flow field and temperature field on the sieve under different gas-liquid load conditions are simulated.The distribution of gas-liquid two-phase flow field,the results are showed that when the tray is tilted in the direction of the wind,compared to the tray along the flow lateral tilt,the tray is inclined along the direction of the wind direction,which has more influence on gas-liquid two-phases the flow field and temperature field on the sieve;when the tray occurs the transverse periodic vibration,the liquid on the tray is delayed,and the vibration of the sieve is not synchronized with the vibration of the on the trays.When the tray vibrates in the direction of the liquid flow,the flow of liquid on the tray is periodically broken and jet,the gas-liquid two-phase flow field and the temperature field fluctuate greatly on the tray.For the tray of compound vibration,we found that the clear liquid height is higher,the influence of vibration of tray on flow field and the temperature field is greater;the long-period vibration with large amplitude has more influence on the gas-liquid two-phase flow field and the temperature field on the tray.
