This study which is about the plug-in and jet-stream exchanger is the need to adapt to modern production in the traditional shell and tube heat exchanger which was developed on the basis of a new energy efficient heat exchanger. This article describes the plug-in and jet-stream furnace how to work, and associates heat transfer theory, fluid dynamics model. According to the characteristics of the corresponding it selects the appropriate mathematical model to make numerical simulation analysis and strength analysis.In this paper, with the numerical simulation software ANSYS12.0,it makes the furnace flow field and temperature field simulation. First create a finite element model of furnace, taking into account the study of the process and impact of external environment conditions, the model is part of a reasonable simplification. By the FLUENT analysis of the internal gas and air in the furnace, using the standard k-εturbulence model, obtained flow and temperature field distribution of the two kind of air in the furnace flow and temperature field distribution. Through different cut surfaces or height of cross-section of the flue gas, the air temperature, pressure, velocity analysis on the heat transfer model, combined with the structural characteristics of furnace, it describes the three processes of heat transfer process and the factors in the furnace at different angles.It simulated the temperature distribution of the plug-in and jet-stream furnace in the heat transfer model. Through the air and flue gas temperature distribution and velocity it shows various parts of furnace thermal stress and deformation, analyzed the temperature danger zone near the bottom of radiation tube and the exhaust pipe loading situation, and according to JB4732-1995-based analysis of pressure vessel design standards for the strength check, the results show that all strength criteria are meet.In this paper, numerical simulation, provides a new method of researching the furnace, is consistent with the actual situation of working conditions. Following the heat stress and flow field simulation in the furnace, for the future it provides a basis for optimization of the structure.
