The plateau has high altitude,large temperature difference between day and night,many canyons,thin air and strong sunshine.Large volume concrete for bridges is usually made of high-grade cement,at the same time,the external environment is complex and the hydration reaction is complex,temperature agglomeration in concrete,heat dissipation and temperature difference between inside and outside become design and construction problems.A problem that needs to be solved by the researchers.Based on the zero block of Puba cashmere bridge in Ganzi,Sichuan Province,the contents and results of the specific research are as follows:(1)The specification of mass concrete has not made specific technical measures for the thermal performance and cooling measures of high grade concrete in box girders,the law of hydration heat of high-strength concrete in Western Sichuan Ganzi area is studied through a lot of monitoring data,it is found that the cooling measures for construction need to be improved,combined with measured data,the temperature field during construction is summarized,by comparing the simulated data with the measured data.(2)On the basis of Hou Xiang's brother,we continue to explore the significant influence of reinforcement ratio on thermal conductivity,and the proper coefficient of thermal conductivity is corrected.At the same time,the finite element analysis software ANSYS is used for thermodynamic analysis,the development of each node in the hydration heat and temperature is simulated,the reasons for the error between the theoretical calculated value and the measured value are also discussed,it is found that the problem is refined by the refinement model,there are still some minor differences in the end,and verified the feasibility and accuracy of finite element simulation analysis of box girder temperature field in plateau area.(3)The Ganzi area of Sichuan belongs to the plateau area,large scale finite element software ANSYS was used to analyze the hydration heat of various working conditions,the temperature field is analyzed by different reinforcement ratio and pouring time,to solve the problem of high temperature gradient in plateau area.
