Shell and tube heat exchanger is the chemical,oil refining and other industrial applications in a wide range of typical process equipment,control panels are connected shell,tube and pipe boxes,and under pressure and thermal expansion of the load from the three main components parts。In high temperature situations,the correct analysis of the stress state control board,ensuring the safe operation and economical heat exchanger materials play a very important role。ALGOR to establish this thesis,including housing, heat exchange tube sheet including three-dimensional finite element model。On this basis, analysis of the management board of the temperature field and stress analysis in accordance with the design standards of JB 4732-1995, including analysis of the tube plate started to work and parking, etc。That may occur during the transient and steady-state operation of seven condition of the strength condition。Obtained through analysis of temperature distribution of the temperature control board as follows: the tube sheet fabric district, most of the thickness of the tube sheet temperature close to running through the area on the tube heat exchange fluid temperature, only in the tube sheet near the shell fluid side of the thin layer of material inside the tube sheet temperature was approaching the vicinity of shell fluid temperature。This phenomenon is called"skin effect"tube plate temperature distribution along the thickness of the shell-side only in the thin layer near the surface to form large temperature gradient。Through strength analysis showed that the temperature load on the control board created a greater thermal stress, and temperature, load and pressure load in the joint action of the working conditions, heat stress determines the whole pipeline system, the stress distribution board; the question of the risk management board condition occurs in the tube load, load and temperature load the shell while the role of the normal operation condition, the pressure in the shell first stop (tube loading and thermal loading simultaneously) and the pressure tube first stop (Shell simultaneous action of load and thermal loading) in transient conditions, and the more dangerous working conditions。Through analysis,the management board of the original design started to work and parking,etc。That may occur during the transient and steady-state operating condition of seven of the strength check are satisfactory。Thesis of its original design for the ultimate security validation。...
