In recent years,the development of computer science,sensor technology and wireless communication technology has prompted the development of oil and gas pipeline detection technology toward intelligent detection.As one of the five major modes of transport,pipeline transportation,with the increase years of service,it's gradually eroded,aging phenomena,even criminals conduct pipe drilling and stealing oil lead to pipeline leakage.Leaking pipes not only cause serious economic losses,but also make great harm to the local environment.Although there are many new technologies to solve this problem,the complexity and cost issues have always been the major obstacle to limit their widespread application.Therefore,there is an urgent need for a simple and highly efficient on-line detection equipment to ensure that when the pipeline parameters are abnormal,the abnormal state of the pipeline can be rapidly transmitted to the monitoring center.1.This article briefly introduces the vibration and sound wave signals caused by leakage when the oil and gas pipeline leaks,then uses the method of wavelet de-noising and soft thresholding for the sound wave signal to perform noise reduction on the original signal,and the noise can be filtered to highlight the leakage signal,this is useful for the following correlation analysis and leak location;2.Aiming at the inapplicability of the traditional WSN network model in buried pipelines,the WUSN network model was proposed to realize intelligent detection of long-distance pipelines.The feasibility of the method was verified by simulation experiments,and the specific wireless electromagnetic induction transmission strategies is proposed on a section of pipeline.3.The buried sensor networks is divided into three levels in the design,a hardware detection platform is designed and a leakage detection embedded system is developed based on the platform,wherein the acquisition nodes adopts STMicroelectronics Cortex core,these nodes combine the high-precision instrumentation amplifier module,wireless data transmission module,GPS timing positioning module and storage device to complete the remote pipeline parameters' storage and transmit.The intermediate nodes are responsible for receiving the acquisition nodes' data and after being processed and packaged,these data then could be transmitted to the server,via analysis on the server,these data can be displayed and give abnormal alarms.In the end,this thesis conducts testment optimization on the designed distributed detection system,which mainly includes the acquisition and transmission of measurement nodes and simple data processing,it also completes the step-by-step debugging of each module of the distributed wireless sensor networks and the connection debugging of the three-level system.The debugging results show that the distributed wireless sensor networks can be used for the long-distance pipeline remote detection,and basically achieve the intended purpose of the design.
