The main task of assembly workshop of Fushun aluminum LTD is to produce pre-baked anode,the casting way is still manual shaking ladle.This way is still in use in many electrolytic aluminum plants,the advantage of this mode is less personnel,lower energy consumption and its defect is low efficiency,low safety factor.With the continuous expansion of production capacity,quality requirements are also constantly improving,a higher overall efficiency of equipment and the safety of the operation personnel also need to consider.Based on the above factors,through a large number of readings and field investigation,and around the casting car in-depth research and summarizing the relevant technical requirements,this thesis proposes a design scheme of automatic car casting,after verification,it is found that the scheme is feasible,and the benefit is considerable.This thesis main research content is as follows:First,this thesis puts forward the whole system design of the pouring vehicle,and expounds the working principle,structure,technical parameters and requirements of the casting vehicle,and the selection of the equipment needed for the system.Subsequently,the principle of variable frequency speed regulation and the basic structure of the frequency-converter are deeply studied;the frequency conversion speed regulation of the lifting mechanism and the translation mechanism of the casting vehicle is realized.The design of PLC system is presented,and the control program is compiled according to the requirements of process flow.Finally,application for tracking,statistics,and the economic effect is obvious.Taking the assembly workshop production line transformation of Fushun Aluminum Company Limited as the background as well as the casting car modification as the object,by applying advanced frequency conversion technology,configuration monitoring technology and field bus control technology,the digital control system based on PC,PLC and frequency-converter is designed and developed.Hoisting machine is provided with a closed loop system which is combined with a rotary encoder,an AD digital analog conversion and a PLC,ensures the stability of the motion.After practice,the casting car runs smoothly,and the output and quality meet the design requirements.
