In the process of iron and steel enterprise production,crane is indispensable means of transport.Crane to each link of production logistics transport,so the importance of the crane is self-evident.But during the crane field operation,especially in Jingtang company slab-yard,the off-track of 90T clamp crane is very serious in the process of operation.Off-track means that in the process of running of the crane large frame,the distance changing between the side of vehicle wheel and the track,result in friction.It has a great threat to safe operation of the crane,also increases the maintenance quantity and cost of the equipment.So,research the causes of off-track about the slab-yard 90T clamp crane has strong practicality.Based on the domestic and foreign literature research about crane rectifying system,combine the field measurements of Jingtang company slab-yard 90T clamp crane,think that off-track is generally due to orbital span and straightness deviation,the wheel and rail is not the same center line.But to deal with the problems,not only quantity is big,time consuming,but also the production situation is not allowed.Based on the analysis of the existing 90T clamp crane on the basis of the crown,large frame running automatic adjustment control technology is proposed.Combined with 90T clamp crane existing electric control equipment,design and increases the wheel and rail distance detection signal acquisition system.Modify and design electrical control system,network plan,communication interface and HMI interface.Signal is transmitted to the PLC after operation,PLC send instruction to the frequency converter.Adjust according to the orbit situation on both sides of the motor speed to avoid off-track.Through the HMI interface,running state and orbit can be controlled at any time,Statistical analysis of data,provide data to support local track adjustment.This paper also analyze the force of the crane in the rectifying.Through the practical field using observation,off-track phenomenon is improved markedly in Jingtang company 90T clamp crane,adjust the fast pace of the production,reduce the amount of maintenance and the cost of consumption.
