The Research Of Automatic Cutting Machine Control System

In order to obtain the right size of the material or product,cutting is the important production processes in the production of.the advertising printing industry.Based on the research of the field of the cutting machine at home and abroad,i design a cutting machine used for cutting advertising paper.The cutting machine is automated highly,It can achieve the automatic cutting of batch advertising products in the case of less operator intervention.In view of the current situation of domestic and foreign products,This paper mainly based on the current working principle of the existing cutting machine,taking into account the cost,stability and cutting accuracy and other factors to optimize the design.Firstly,the main function modules such as tension,correction and horizontal cutting are determined by analyzing the working principle and theoretical analysis of the main function modules of the automatic cutting machine.The tension function module analyzes the tension control strategy based on the digital PID algorithm under the premise of determining the actuator and the tension detection element,and uses the MATLAB software to simulate the control effect.The correction function module focuses on the selection of sensor and actuator,and the Implementation and optimization of the correction algorithm.The horizontal cutting function module on the basis of analyzing the performance of the control element related to the transverse cutter and the feeding,The coordination mode and the precise control algorithm of cross-cutting length are discussed,and the simulation is carried out by MATLAB software.Secondly,according to the automatic cutting machine work process to determine the overall control program,the cutting machine control system structure was designed in detail.The software part of the control system focuses on the realization of the tension closed-loop control algorithm,the involvement of the horizontal cutting timing coordination control flow and the control algorithm,and the realization of the correction processing algorithm and the design of the human-computer interaction interface.The hardware part mainly has the design of the correction processor system,the design of the signal amplification unit signal amplification circuit and the integration of the embedded core processor system.Finally,based on the hardware and hardware of the ARM processor's high precision automatic cutting control system,through the fine tuning of the PID control parameters of the tension function module and the crosscutting function module PID control parameters.The cutting machine achieve the automation of cutting and improve the accuracy and stability of the equipment cutting,but also to reduce the labor intensity of cutting work,indirectly improve the production efficiency,so that more advertising printing companies can benefit from it.
