In recent years,the economic development of China has entered a new normal.With the transformation of economic development mode and development mode,the marketing method of China's cigarette market has also changed under the new normal.As the country with the largest number of smokers in the world,China has been committed to the reform of the tobacco industry,but the challenges and challenges are still severe.It is necessary to study the marketing strategy of cigarettes under the new normal,especially in the strategic development of the tobacco industry.As a tobacco commercial enterprise,Xiangtan Tobacco Company assumes the responsibility of monopoly management and market development in the tobacco market in Xiangtan.Under the protection of the monopoly system,optimizing the tobacco marketing strategy and enhancing the core competitiveness of enterprises is an urgent problem to be solved.The research on this thesis also has important practical significance.The thesis first analyzes the present situation of marketing in Xiangtan Tobacco Company.Based on the background of monopoly system and industrial background,this paper analyzes and diagnoses the marketing strategy from the aspect of product strategy,price strategy,channel strategy and promotion strategy.Combining with the above analysis,this paper puts forward some suggestions on optimizing marketing strategy,subdividing products,guaranteeing the supply,purifying the market and making accurate marketing.we will step up cigarette promotion and management guidance to our customers and extend our service to consumers so as to enhance the satisfaction of retail customers and consumers.In order to ensure the effective implementation of marketing strategy,the paper finally proposed a series of safeguards.This paper applies the marketing strategy theory to systematically study the marketing strategy of Xiangtan Tobacco Company and puts forward some suggestions to improve the competitiveness of Xiangtan tobacco company and serve the customer's ability.
