Since 1982,China has implemented the management system of tobacco monopoly.Since then,with the innovation and development of marketing and management concepts,China's tobacco industry has made remarkable progress.It has made a certain contribution to the improvement of the whole country's financial revenue and the economic construction of our country.With the gradual internationalization of our country,China's tobacco industry,originally under the protection of policy,has to face a serious test because of the relatively closed market.As a commercial enterprise,the tobacco companies in the H region plays an important role in the supervision of the tobacco market,the control of sales,the response to the market and the fluctuation of the outside world.The long-term impact of these effects will be on the local fiscal and tax policies.Therefore,the development of the future impact strategy of the tobacco m arket in the province of H is the focus of attention.And it is of great significance.This thesis applies the marketing strategy theory to the actual H Province tobacco companies.On the premise of understanding the background and significance of the research,this paper analyzes the necessity of the optimization of the existing marketing policies.According to the existing research at home and abroad and the actual market environment in which the company is located,the present research ideas and methods are analyzed and the PEST macro is used.The analysis method of view environment deeply excavate the internal and external environment of the tobacco companies in H Province,get the current situation of the strategy of cigarette marketing in H Province,a nd point out the existing problems and reasons,and then use the 4P combination marketing strategy to put forward the target and concrete plan for the improvement of the cigarette marketing strategy,and finally put forward the advantages of the marketing strategy.The measures to be taken to change the scheme.
