| Honeycomb sandwich layer composite is a special type of composite material,composed of upper panels on the upper and lower sides of the sandwich material.The main structure of the core material includes circular,square,regular hexagonal and other structural forms.The material of the core material includes paper-based materials and metal-based core materials.The major materials of the panel include the wrong alloy plate,nberboard,plywood,etc.Materials.The relatively thick core structure and the relatively thin panel structure are bonded to form a sandwich structure,and the honeycomb core structure has an anisotropic characteristic due to its particular structure.It can withstand large stresses in the axial direction of the material lattice and can only withstand very little stress in the radial direction of the honeycomb lattice directions.Therefore,the honeycomb sandwich layer composite material which is glued to the panel can improve the stress characteristics,so that the structural weight can be reduced while maintaining the mechanical characteristics of the original structure,and even better.However,it is because of the special structure and performance of honeycomb materials that it leads to various difficult problems in processing(such as material clamping,tool selection,process parameter selection,etc.),while processing,there are many processing problems in which the chips are taken up by the winding tool,the honeycomb structure is broken,and the processing produces severe burrs.Therefore,on the basis of ultrasonic cutting research of honeycomb material,this paper proposes to design an ultrasonic cutting experimental device,and then verify the feasibility of ultrasonic cutting honeycomb material through a series of cutting experiments.lt is proved that it is feasible to use ultrasonic technology to process honeycomb material.The main contents and conclusions of the research are as follows:(1)According to the structure of an existing wing shape,the wing model is reconstructed by force analysis of the wing.According to the honeycomb structure characteristics and the existing honeycomb material layout scheme,a feasible honeycomb material layout scheme is analyzed on the basis of comprehensive analysis,and special characteristics of the wing honeycomb material structure are obtained.Then through theoretical analysis,ultrasonic cutting method is determined as the research content of this paper.(2)Based on the research of honeycomb material cutting,an ultrasonic cutting acoustic system is designed,including the theoretical analysis and design of its structure.Aiming at the vibration problem of circular cutting tool,this paper makes further research on reducing radial vibration by grooving the tool matrix,and proves the rationaht)’ of the design structure through further verification and analysis.(3)Based on the results of the foregoing analysis,a feasible double pendulum Angle cutting test device was designed for the special structural shape of honeycomb material.Then,an ultrasonic cutting spindle device is designed according to the research of honeycomb matrerial cutting.(4)With the help of the design of ultrasonic cutting experiment device,thetool amplitude detection experiment,through the tool amplitude detection experiment,the influence of process parameters on cutting force and cutting quality of actual cutting experiment and honeycomb material experiment,combined with the shape of the chip and the contrast of the maching surface quality,the feasibility and advantage of ultrasonic cutting honeycomb material is verified.The main research work of this paper is the ultrasonic processing of wing bee materials,which not only provides theoretical and experimental basis for the processing of honeycomb materials,but also provides a reference for the selection of processing methods for honeycomb materials. |
