The ceramisite concrete is high-strength lightweights good fire resistance,good seismic performance,outstanding crack resistance,durability and good thermal insulation properties,with a better overall economic efficiency.The new materials concrete is formulated with ceramisite,steel slag,water slag sand,that complies with the theme of "green,environmental protection,energy saving" development.This paper considers the concrete performance effects of different volume ceramisite,steel slag and water slag sand,developing the ceramisite,steel slag and water slag sand concrete and hollow block,which meet the green building materials requirements and have good economic and environmental benefits.In this paper,it used loose volume method to designe in 9 groups with different ratios of concrete,researching the physical and mechanical properties of concrete,in accordance with existing norms of specimens compressive,uniaxial compressive stress-strain curve and thermal insulation performance test.And obtain the influence of various factors on the performance of concrete.At the same time,take three kinds of influence optimum mix composition to research the physical and mechanical properties influence of the new materials concrete hollow blocks with coarse aggregate replacement rate.And brick the block to walls,researching the axial compressive strength variation and failure characteristics,for providing the theoretical basis and suggestions that the ceramisite,steel slag and water slag sand concrete hollow block is widely used in Practical engineering.The main results of this study are as follows:(1)With the increasing of coarse aggregate content ceramisite and the reducing of steel slag,the density of concrete,compressive strength,axial compressive strength are decreased gradually;with the rate of water slag instead of sand increasing,the concrete strength showed the characteristics of first rise after drop.When the substitution rate of water slag is 50%,the concrete strength is the highest;The concrete cube compressive strength and axial compressive strength have significant linear relationship.(2)With the substitution rate of ceramisite increasing,the ceramisite,steel slag and water slag sand concrete hollow block density,compressive strength,flexural strength show a downward trend.But the compressive strength level of blocks can reach MUS.0 standards,that meet the requirements of self-bearing walls.The new materials hollow block water resistance(softening coefficient 0.85),studies have shown that the new material concrete hollow block has good durability.(3)This article also studies the axis pressure on the new material concrete block masonry and thethermal insulation properties performance test,finding that the ceramisite,steel slag and water slag sand axial compressive strength of concrete hollow block masonry can follow "masonry Structure design"lightweight aggregate concrete block masonry strength design values to calculate;And the new material has good thermal insulation properties(thermal conductivity 0.2208 W·(m·K)-1,thermal resistance 0.679(m2·K)·W-1,heat transfer coefficient 1.473 W·(m2·K)-1,the thermal inertia index D value 3.907),that is new environmental protection wall materials of light quality high-strength,green energy.(4)According to the current status of building energy requirements and wall insulation materials and combining with new materials concrete block economic analysis,the ceramisite,steel slag and slag sand concrete in this paper is a line with the energy requirements of self-insulation wall materials.While the development of new materials of concrete hollow block is the new wall materials of excellent comprehensive performancee industrial production,lee spent environmental protection,light and energy saving,thermal insulation.
