Selective laser melting technology has special advantages of traditional manufacturing can not be achieved,it is possible to manufacture complex parts,forming speed,forming one without assembly and other advantages,it has enormous potential in manufacturing technology in the future.Selective laser melting forming technology is an advanced manufacturing technology of new materials technology,digital manufacturing technology,computer information technology as a whole,it is the future development trend of increasing material manufacturing technology,leading the manufacturing revolution.In this paper,the principle and characteristics of laser selective melting technology are introduced,and the difficulty and development trend of the temperature measurement and control of molten pool are analyzed.Through the design of optical system model,capturing the thermal radiation infrared beam by infrared thermometer,the temperature of the molten pool measuring system and control system were established;and the selective laser melting of numerical simulation model,the simulation analysis of multiple samples;construction of molten pool temperature field mathematical model,we get the prediction formula of the temperature of the molten pool.The specific research contents are as follows:(1)Research on the working principle and characteristics of selective laser melting technology,through the domestic and foreign related patents and papers,reviews the progress of temperature measurement and control research situation and the latest research of selective laser melting,temperature cycle changes in laser processing affect the forming quality,research on temperature field in molten pool is particularly important.(2)This paper uses numerical simulation method based on selective laser melting temperature field numerical simulation,melting process of selective laser melting forming simulation by thermal parameters change the material,the process of selective laser melting forming was simulated by using element birth and death.According to the analysis of numerical simulation results,set the relevant measurement the parameters and measurement methods.So as to detect the temperature of the molten pool.(3)In order to achieve high precision measurement of temperature field in molten pool.The new optical system developed by infrared thermometer and collecting the temperature of the molten pool,construction of the melt pool temperature measurement system of selective laser melting,and obtain the analysis under different process parameters of laser molten pool temperature field measurement results and related laws.(4)The prediction of laser molten pool temperature construction method research.And main process parameters as independent variables,with the mathematical model of the relationship between the influence factors to establish the temperature of the molten pool and the process parameters.The result of the test data by nonlinear multiple regression analysis using MATLAB software,construct the formula for the prediction of the temperature of the molten pool,obtain the detection accuracy of 4%.(5)In this paper,a method of "fuzzy control" is introduced to control the temperature field in the molten pool temperature field control strategy.Using Labview software to monitor the temperature of molten pool in laser selective melting process.
