Ranging arm as the main component of shearer cutting,first of all is provide support and protection for internal transmission system,at the same time have the effect of lead screw drum for cutting and bear the load under the screw drum.At the same time its high speed region of internal gear system is the first level of the straight gear transmission system,its failure rate occupy 42%of the ranging arm gear transmission system.As a result,it is extremely important to research the working reliability and dynamic characteristics of the ranging arm shell and its internal high speed gear.Based on the shearer cutting ranging arm shell and internal high-speed gear as the research object,the three-dimensional model is established according to the actual size,combining with Pro/E parameterized modeling,the gear meshing theory,contact mechanics,the modal analysis theory,the finite element analysis was carried out on the research object,this text main research work is as follows:By understanding the structure and working principle of shearer,determine the cutting ranging arm shell and the high speed gear of the internal transmission system as the research object,using Pro/E to realize high speed spur gear parametric modeling precision,provide accurate model for ANSYS to finite element analysis.Establish the three-dimensional model of ranging arm shell and its internal spur gear transmission system,to complete the assembly;Using ANSYS conduct the finite element analysis of the gear contact and root bending stress,accurately calculate the maximum contact stress and root bending stress,and compared with the results of traditional theory,testify the validity of the finite element analysis and design of reliability;Analysis the load transfer of the screw drum to ranging arm,carry out the static finite element analysis of the ranging arm,according to the fourth strength theory to evaluate result and verify the ranging arm reliability of strength and stiffness,provide the basis for design and optimization.Analysis the intrinsic characteristics of the ranging arm shell,conduct the free and constrained modal analysis of shell.According to the vibration type diagram of inherent frequency,determine the serious location of the vibration influence.Product the vibration characteristic analysis of machine for cutting,screw drum and internal spur gear transmission system,determine resonance of the inherent frequency and vibration frequency.
