With the continuous development of information technology and big data,computer application of coal mine drilling and production management is more and more widely used,the concept of drilling equipment intellectualization emerges at the right moment.Large amount of data is produced in the process of drilling,better use of data processing and analysis and the improvement data utilization value is of great significance theoretically and practically for achieving scientific drilling.In view of the demand of achieving intelligent management of drilling working parameters,based on client/server architecture,choosing visual C#as programming language and SQL Server as database platform,through the combination of applied research of drilling engineering,database technology and software engineering technology,to realize real-time lithology recognition,parameters intelligent optimization and typical working conditions analysis,etc,the working parameters database system has been developed,and then the demand for improving drilling efficiency,reducing drilling costs is achieved.In this thesis,major research contents are completed as the following several aspects.Through the comprehensive analysis of application sysytem related to petroleum exploration drilling and coal mine drilling at home and abroad,combined with the rig drilling technological requirements,I choose client/server mode as system architecture,SQL Server as relational database management system platform,C#as programming language,ADO.NET as database engine.The working parameters are summarized and the abstracted based on comprehensive requirements of drilling parameters,to form a conceptual model which independent from DBMS.And then logical structural design follows conceptual model,which is transformed into data model supported by DBMS and then carried on model optimizing.Next,physical structural design is necessary,which is responsible for selecting a suitable physical structure for logical data model.At last,SQL language and tools provided by DBMS are used for establishing suitable drilling parameters management database according to design results.After conducting system requirement function analysis based on the scientific drilling functional requirements standards,the specific function that database system needs to achieve is confirmed.According to the functional requirements,the logical model of the system is established.Last but not least,I have outlined the overall function module framework of the system combined with operation habits.Technically supported by C#and SQL Server 2012 on the windows platform,coding and testing of database application system interface and function modules are finished and delivered according to the results of system function modules design and interaction design solution.This application system is equipped with the ability of lithology judgement,parameters optimization,etc,which provides solid foundation for the better live solution and guidance of coal mine drilling program.
