With the development of simulation technology,the application of simulation technology is more and more widely.At first,the simulation of the steel production process is only a specific part of the object’s simulation,the current simulation technology has been able to achieve the simulation of the entire system with the rapid development of computer technology.As a high-end steel products,silicon steel products is one of the direction of the future development of the iron and steel industry.The manufacturing technology and product quality of silicon steel is one of the important symbols to measure the production and technical development level of a country’s high level steel products.So,it is very important to achieve the simulation of the process of cold rolling silicon steel.Researches in this thesis focus on the simulation of cold rolling silicon steel continuous annealing color coating process machine.Major findings include three hands as follows:Firstly,according to the actual situation of the existing system of cold rolling silicon steel production line and the existing process requirements and product requirements,the model functions used in the integrated model structure is determined.According to the function of the system,the whole framework of the simulation model of the cold rolling silicon steel continuous annealing process machine is designed.Secondly,based on the logic of the message receiving and sending and the priority of the message receiving and sending logic,the interface management module of the simulation system is designed.After analyzing the production process of the cold rolling silicon steel,the production process module of the simulation system is designed.The communication circuit and communication interface design of L1 and L2 in the simulation system are finished.The database requirement of the simulation system of cold rolling silicon steel continuous annealing color coating process machine is analyzed,and the corresponding database interface and the corresponding data table are designed.Finally,the hot melt transfer coefficient calculation problem of silicon steel annealing furnace in the simulation of cold rolling silicon steel continuous annealing process is solved.Based on the annealing furnace model in cold rolling silicon steel production process,the basic conditions for the calculation of hot melt transfer coefficient are analyzed,and the validity of the inverse derivation method is proved.The method of calculating the hot melt transfer coefficient is found.
