Design And Implementation Of A Simplified Production Management System For A Plating Equipment Manufacturing Factory

With increasingly fierce competition among enterprises, scientific and informational production management has been one of the cores of enterprise's survival and development,especially for small electroplating equipment manufacturers. The market requirements,which are efficiency, accuracy, and real-time, have gradually cannot be satisfied with simple artificial managements. The production management system is based on the application of web technique of B/S, the PHP programming language, and MySQL database.Users can log in this system through a computer or mobile device. The system has four main functional modules, including backstage management module, design department module,planning department module and manufacturing module. The system achieves the following main functions: user management, design and process management, plan and task management, inventory management and workshop management. It provides users with all production data which users can query, modify and delete.It is important for small enterprises to take account of production scheduling and management information.
