High-speed milling is an advanced manufacturing technology,it has significant advantages compared to traditional processing,so it has been widely used in the die and aerospace industry,electronic industry,automobile industry and other fields.For the high efficiency and high quality processing,first of all equipped with high speed cutting machine tool is the basic prerequisite.Based on the analysis of the evolution process and the latest development trend of high speed cutting technology,this paper will put forward the key technologies in the field of high speed machine tool manufacturing.In order to verify the derived key technologies which are applied in the practice of the specific milling center manufacturing,this paper will focus on the GTF high speed milling center in the design and manufacturing process,according to the characteristics of high speed milling to use several kinds of key technologies and draw the conclusions.Mainly includes five aspects:(1)put forward the principle of GTF's layout,and in accordance with the principle to complete the specific design tasks;(2)is proposed for GTF's accuracy test principle,and put forward key technical measures to promote its precision;(3)is proposed for the GTF's reliability design and manufacturing principles,formulate specific measures to enhance its reliability;(4)is proposed for principle of GTF's beam,choose the reasonable structure and optimize the process selection,then draws the conclusion by using the FEA;(5)is proposed on mechanical transmission mechanism in the servo system of GTF.The drawing is drawn and the related calculation is verified.Through the practical application in the manufacturing process of the GTF high speed milling machine,exactly prove that the key technology in the field of high-speed equipment manufacturing can help to achieve product design intent and improve the performance of the products.
