In the production process of cold-rolled strip,coiler is a very important equipment at the end of the production line and the performance of coiler control system directly determines the quality of strip steel products.In order to improve the quality of strip steel,it is necessary to study the coiler tension control system and strive to maintain the tension changing in accordance with the set value of technology and thereby the product quality can be improved.Firstly,this thesis analyzes the equipment composition of coiler tension control system and introduces the important equipment.On the basis of studying the process flow of field coiler control system,the taper tension setting in control process is analyzed.The calculation methods of acceleration torque,friction torque and strip diameter are researched,which have a great influence on coiler tension.On the basis of vector equivalent control of asynchronous motor,the mathematical model of the motor is established.The indirect tension control system based on speed and current double closed loops is established.Through the analysis of coiler control system model,it is found that the influence of strip steel's rotary inertia varying in a large range on the control system of coiler.The variable gain switching control of the speed controller is used to reduce the influence of time-varying strip steel's rotary inertia on coiler control system.According to the limitation of variable gain switching control range,single neuron adaptive PID controller is proposed.Learning ability of single neuron can change the control parameters and eliminate the influence of time-varying parameters on coiler indirect tension control system.The tension control system of coiler based on single neuron is established and the simulation results by MATLAB show that the adopted method can weak the influence of time-varying parameters on the system and reduce the overshoot of the system.Because of the influence of the fixed gain on the dynamic performance of single neuron system,fuzzy control is introduced to adjust the gain of coiler tension controller based on single neuron.The simulation results by MATLAB show that the new algorithm improves the dynamic performance of coiler indirect tension system.
