This article is derived from the pre-research and optimization design project of the main equipment of the No.2 hot continuous rolling line of Qian'an Rolling No.1Iron and Steel Co.,Ltd.The existing 1780 hot strip rolling production line of Qian'an No.1 Steel Rolling Co.,Ltd.(referred to as No.1 in this article)line.According to the actual operation effect of Line 1,the main problems are that the tension control of the coiler is unstable,which causes product defects,and the hydraulic system of the coiler needs to be further optimized.Taking these problems as the research object,aiming at the problem of poor coiling tension control effect in the existing No.1 hot rolling line,we strive to improve the control performance of the coiler tension control system in the proposed No.2 line and optimize the key components of the coiling mechanism.Stability,improve the quality of product strip steel,improve the performance and important parameters of the hydraulic system of the coiler.The research content determined by the Institute is as follows:First,collect key data through field investigations on the hot strip production line.It is clear that in the coiling process part of Line 1 there are defects in the quality of steel coil products and their influencing factors,and the key process parameters of the hydraulic system of the coiler of Line 1 are actually mastered and there are problems affecting performance.Focusing on these practical engineering problems,this article has done the following work:1.Based on the existing coiler of the No.1 hot rolling production line,the mechanical and hydraulic systems of the key components of the No.2 coiler were optimized to achieve the goal of optimizing the working performance of the coiler.2.Apply the TRIZ theory to solve the product steel coil quality defects caused by the coiling process,and propose a solution from the perspective of mechanical design.The test shows that compared with the existing equipment,the working stability of the new configuration reel has been significantly improved.3.Established the mathematical model of the coiler tension control system.According to the principle of variable frequency speed regulation of the main motor of the coiler,a coordinate transformation algorithm is established,and the control system of the main motor of the hot rolling coiler is modeled and simulated by using the Simulink module in the MATLAB toolbox.4.Using fuzzy PID control algorithm,a new type of fuzzy PID controller is designed for the coiler of Line 2,and through parameter setting,the performance parameters of the control system such as response speed,overshoot and control accuracy are optimized.The simulation result proves that the designed fuzzy PID controller has obvious advantages over the existing PI controller of Line 1.5.The newly designed reel mechanism and tension control system were tested for verification on Line 1.When the line 1 was shut down for maintenance,a simple operation test was carried out on the newly designed reel and tension control system.The test results and data show that the optimized design of the reel solves the quality problem of the steel coil caused by the coiling slip.After the optimized design,the control performance of the tension control system has been significantly improved.After being put into use,it can effectively save production costs for enterprises and improve production efficiency.
