The phosphorus mine produced a lot of tailing and waste rock in mining pro duction activities,the piling method not only polluting the environment,but also wasting resources.Taking Houping mine underground backfill mining in Yichang city as the research background,the paper refers to the domestic and foreign rese arch results of cemented tailings filling material,through designing orthogonal te st scheme,the test blocks of mechanical properties are prepared by adding differe nt materials and proportioning of tailings,cement and fly ash,testing the physica l and mechanical parameters,obtaining the data of phosphorus tailings consolida-ted filling foundation test,and analysis of the influence factors on the mechani calproperties and slump of filling mixture.The FLAC3D numerical simulation soft ware is used to analyze the safety mechanical parameters of the strip-map full tail ings cemented filling body used for underground filling.At present,there is less research on the use of total tailings as main filling materials in phosphate mines.Therefore,the research carried out in this paper is of great significance for underground filling and utilization of phosphate mine tailings,and provides ideas for solving the problem of reutilization of tailings.The main results and results are as follows:?1?In the orthogonal test,four main factors affecting the mechanical properties o f the filling body are designed:cement-sand ratio,concentration,mixing amount of fly ash and cement;Taking range and variance analysis on the mechanical pro perties and slump of filling mixture with the orthogonal test data,and study show ed that the main influence factors of filling mixture slump is the cement sand rat io and slurry concentration,mixing more water filling mixture slump more;the st udy found that the main influence factors of filling mixture slump is the cement sand ratio and slurry concentration,mixing more water filling mixture slump mo re;main influencing factors of 3d,7d and 14d strength is cement sand ratio,mai n factors affecting the strength of 28d is cement-sand ratio and the amount of fly ash.?2?The strength of the recommended cemented filling body is at least 1MPa,calc ulated by the analogy method and the empirical formula method.The optimal pro portion of filling materials for cement sand ratio which is 1:6,slurry concentrati on of 72%,with the amount of fly ash is 15%,cement content is 12%,the initial slump is 192mm,its 3d of uniaxial compressive strength is 0.86MPa,7d of uniax ial compressive strength is 1.32MPa,14d of uniaxial compressive strength is 1.56MPa,28d of uniaxial compressive strength is 2.78MPa.?3?Through the analysis of the FLAC3D numerical simulation software,the theore tical value of the uniaxial compression strength of the filling body which ensures the safety of the stope is 1MPa.Under the condition that the slump of the filling mixture is more than 160mm and the strength of the filling body is guaranteed,th e scheme of filling 20m and interval 20m by strip-filling.The research results have important practical significance for the undergrou nd mining design of this phosphorite mine,and also provide a solution for other mining enterprises to realize the recycling and utilization of phosphor tailings.
