This article mainly from the surfactant detergent components selection,the determination of the optimal proportion of surfactant components and the study of the corrosion inhibitor of the cleaning agent preparation system of the experimental research of the three aspects,the purpose is to through the heavy dirty oil cleaning experiments,study out high cleaning rate,low energy consumption and environmental protection cleaning agents,the main contents are as follows:Experiment of fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether,polyoxyethylene octyl phenol ether,nonylphenol polyoxyethylene ether,fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether sodium sulfate,sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonic acid,alkyl phenol polyoxyethylene ether,coconut oil diethanolamide,lauroyl base between two acetic acid disodium eight kinds of surfactants on a variety of cleaning properties determination,including cloud point,solvent oil,corrosive,pH,etc.,and drop weight method to determine the surface tension of surfactant,select CDEA,LAS-30,APE-10 three kinds of surface active agent,as the surfactant composition of cleaning agent.Three surfactants,CDEA,LAS-30 and APE-10,with good comprehensive performance,were screened for compound experiments.In a large number of actual cleaning after the experiment,the experimental design are optimized by the response surface method,the experimental data obtained by the simulation,simulate the dosage of the three kinds of surfactants and the relationship between the cleaning rate model,get when three kinds of surfactants dosage ratio of CDEA: LAS-30: APE-10 = 1:1:3,cleaning efficiency is the highest,up to 92.35%.Experiment of cleaning temperature to room temperature 25 ? + 3 ?,cleaning time for 5 min,cleaning frequency oscillating in the table of 200 r/min.In fact,five verification experiments have verified that the cleaning rate under this condition can reach 90.88%,which is not much different from the simulated 92.35%,indicating that the model has credibility.Experiment of triethanolamine,sodium hydroxide,sodium benzoate,sodium borate,sodium carbonate,sodium silicate,calcium acetate,sodium phytic acid corrosion experiments into sex,different types of corrosion inhibitors in a single factor method to determine the factors influencing the level,through the orthogonal experiment method to optimize the best formula for composite inhibitor: 0.75%,triethanolamine 2.00% sodium silicate,sodium tetraborate 1.5%,0.5% sodium benzoate,deionized water 95.25%.The properties of the final self-made cleaning agent were tested and compared with the commercial cleaning agent.It is found that the cleaning rate of self-made cleaning agent can reach 90% after multi-stage cleaning at room temperature.When the temperature of 30 ?,cleaning rate can reach 95.46%,higher than normal temperature cleaning rate;And the self-made cleaning agent has good rinsing,rust resistance and thermal stability,and has a certain market competitiveness.
